CHAPTER 58

Liam Rheimerson Timberlake's P.O.V.

I was busy reading the documents while listening to the person talking. My brows furrowed when Matthew sent me a message. I opened it and immediately smiled.

I saw a picture of Mika wearing a wedding gown. It looks so perfect to her, I can already imagine her wearing the gown on our wedding day. I set the picture as my home wallpaper, and the picture of her at the beach, I made it my lockscreen.

I put my phone down and continued to listen to the person who was giving me the reports of the company. One hour later, my brows furrowed when my phone suddenly rang, and the caller was Matthew. The board members looked at me when they heard my phone.

I sighed and decided to answer the call.

"What is it, Matthew? I'm very busy-"

[Naaksidente si Mika!]My heart dropped when I heard Mika's name.

"What?!" my voice roared like thunder in the room that made everyone silent.

[Tumakbo siya at niligtas ang babae!]I bite my lips when I feel my tears want to escape my eyes.

"Where is she?"I asked as I started wearing my coat.

[Nandito siya ngayon sa hospital, sa ER!]

"I'm coming!"I said and ended the call."Meeting adjourned."

"But sir-"

"My fiancée is in the hospital, and I need to f*cking see her! Meeting adjourned!"I shouted, which made them all nod and leave the room. I ran and headed to the elevator. Everyone was looking at me and greeting me, but I just continued running.

When I was out, I drove my Lamborghini to the hospital. I wiped my tears when I felt them escaping my eyes. I keep cursing, thinking what's her condition?

"I'm coming, baby."

Matthew Jeisz Lionhart P.O.V.

"Please, save her doc!"sabi ko sa doctor.

"We'll do everything, we can."ngiting sabi nang doctor at pumasok sa Emergency room. Nagsimulang nang umiiyak ang mga kaibigan ni Mika at si Tita. Niyakap ko si Emma at hinintay namin na dumating si Liam. Bakit ba kasi tumakbo si Mika?Bakit niya niligtas ang babae?Bakit niya niligtas si Angel?

Napabaling ang atensyon namin kaila Jax, Kris, at Lian na bagong dumating. Mabilis ang paghinga ng tatlo dahil siguro tumakbo sila papunta dito.

"Where's Mika?"tanong ni Lian.

"Nasa ER."sagot ko at hinigpitan ang pagyakap kay Emma na marinig ang kanyang pag-iyak.

"Anong nangyari?"tanong ni Kris.

"Niligtas ni Mika ang isang babae bago pa ito mabangga."Kris messed up his hair because of frustration. I heard Jaxon and Lian curse.

"Nasan ang babae?"tanong ni Jax.

"Hindi ko alam."sagot ko.

Napatingin kami kay Liam na bagong dumating, kagaya nila Jax ay mabilis ang panghinga nito.

"Liam-"

"Where's my fiance?!"tanong niya at napaiwas naman nang tingin ang lahat.

"She's in the Operating Room."sagot ni Jaxon kaya napatingin sa kanya si Liam.

"F*ck!This is my fault. I should have been there, I could have stopped it-"

"Hindi mo kasalanan, kuya."sabi ni Lian sa kanya pero umiling si Liam. Liam looks miserable and it feels like he's blaming himself. She is his strength, but also his weakness.
