He seems so happy when he called me. That's why I smiled hearing it. The second hand happiness you felt when the people you adore feel so happy. Ganoon ang nararamdaman ko. Para bang inaalon ako sa alapaap na marinig ang boses niya dahil hanggang dito ay nararamdaman ko ang kanyang tuwa. It feels like he's radiating me his energy. Na kahit nakakapagod ang araw na ito kung ganito ang maririnig mo ay matutuwa ka. Ganoon ang pakiramdam ko ngayon pagkaranig ko ang boses niya.

"Hi," bati ko sa kanya sa masayang boses dahil nakakahawa ang galak sa boses niya kanina. "Bakit ka napatawag?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"Babe, they approved my design. I'm having my big break." He said happily. This is why he's very enthusiastic. Finally, after months of trying he's having it. Nakatutuwa dahil malapit na rin siyang mag board.

"Wow, congratulations, babe. You deserve it." I said to him, I'm getting emotional now because of how proud I am. He deserves this after years of doubting his self. Ito na siya ngayon malayo na pero malayo pa.

"I'm so happy babe. Finally, I'm stepping on another milestone." Sabi pa niya na parang hindi siya makapaniwala after months of hard work he's finally laboring the things he works for.

Sobrang nakakataba sa puso na unti-unti siyang nakakarating sa kanyang pangarap. Parang kahapon lang ng nangyari ang lahat ng mga ito pero ito na siya ngayon.

"Celebration. Come in my apartment, ipagluluto kita ng paborito mo." Sabi ko sa kanya. "Ibaba ko na itong tawag para makauwi na ako at maipagluto kita." Dagdag ko pa.

"Sure babe I'm just so excited to tell you this. Hung up,now. I love you." Sabi niya.

"I love you, too." I answered before hanging up. I immediately went to my car and drive to the nearest bake shop. Magbabake sana ako, pero mahirap na wala na rin oras . I'll just buy a small cake for him then I'll go home to cook his favorite. Next time na yung baked cake for him. What's important is that I can still cook for him. The sweet once will come second for now is his favorites that I will give with love.

I entered the bake shop and I chose the chocolate cake. 

"Can you put on the cake the 'congatulations babe'. " Sabi ko sa nagbebenta. She nodded. "Thank you so much." I smiled at her.

"Good luck, ma'am! Mukhang susurpresahin niyo po boyfriend niyo." Sabi niya. Natawa ako dahil sa totoo lang it's not a surprise as it is. If I want to surprise him I want it grand and something he deserves. This is just a small celebration that I know for sure he will cherish and appreciate because that how he is every small thing for him can be a big thing in a moment. So we make the most of it because he is appreciative about the things he receives.

"We're gonna celebrate his accomplishment. He just got approved, I'm so proud of him." I told her joyfully because I can't contain the happiness, I'm feeling right now. That sharing it to stranger could be a good thing, but seeing how she also smiled makes me happy.

"Talaga po ma'am? Congrats po sa kanya," masayang bati nya. Na para bang magkakilala kami.

"Thank you," I said." Anyway, I have to go, magluluto pa ako para sa kanya." Ngiti ko sa kanya. At bilang paalam na rin dahil kailangan ko pang magluto.

"Sige po, ma'am. Ingat po kayo." Paalam niya sa akin. I nodded to her and walked out in the shop.

After a while, nakarating na ako sa aking apartment. Pumunta ako sa aking kuwarto para magpalit ng pambahay na damit. I wore white t-shirt and a short shorts. I tied my hair on messy bun. I went into my bathroom to clean my face.

Pagkatapos kung makabihis at ayosin ang mukha ko ay agad akong lumabas sa aking kuwarto. Nagpunta na ako sa ako sa aking kusina para ihanda ang aking lulutuhin.
