"I see the same dreams. I'm living through both the realms as you."
At that moment Maya felt her heart stop. She looked him eye to eye. He wasn't lying.
Maya cupped his soft cheeks in her hands. Tears flooding,
"Tell me you aren't lying."
"I would never lie to you my Angel."
His lips touched her forehead. As if the heavens touched her through that one peck. She closed her eyes, taking in every bit of the moment.
Her nails scrunching up his shirt. She softly said,
"I've dreamt about this. I've dreamt about your arms around me under the stars."
"I've seen the same dreams. You know, I don't believe they are mere dreams. I think of them as another reality. I'll never leave you behind. In neither of the two realms. My heaven starts and ends with you. You're my everything. Let me help you. It breaks me when I see you in pain... It just breaks me Maya."
Maya felt somewhat of a force in her veins. His lips were cold. Would it be too irrational to give in for a kiss? Should she ask him? Should she just kiss him like the K-dramas? Well they love each other, but what if he's nit ready for the kiss yet? Everyone has a different way of seeing things, so maybe if Maya kissed him all of a sudden, he would feel unusual. It won't hurt to get his honest opinions. Whether he wants to kiss or not. Consent is a thing.
Maya ran her fingers through his silky dark locks. He giggled, seeing his lover sitting on his lap and playing with his hair. But the show stealer? The show stealer was her lips. He desperately wanted to kiss her. But she wasn't in the state of mind. She's going through a lot and he doesn't wnat to add to it. What if she doesn't like the kiss? What if it is too soon? What if...
"Jungkook, I wish I could kiss you right now."
Maya mumbled, her eyes growing more and more dreamy. Jungkook felt as if her brown eyes were screaming,
"Kiss me, I want your lips on mine."
And without thinking a bit, they both leaned forward. His hands around her waist, her's around his neck. She shuffled in his lap, their lips coming closer. Their heartbeats syncing.
As if the moon had touched the sun. As if the sun had just exploded into thousand tiny fireworks. As if the moon had burst into small sparkles. As if their souls were exchanging pieces of love. As if their insecurities lost themselves in that kiss. Only thing they knew were each other.

"This is it."
Maya mumbled, an ache in her heart. Jungkook has to go. And they won't be able to meet for a long time. Her fingers slowly letting go of his.
"Yeah..."
He hummed, the failed idol life dawning on him. This was their last chance. Or else they'd have to disband.
Maya saw his eyes slowly zoning out. Oh no! She can't keep making these choices. He should focus on his career. Maya softly pecked his cheeks,
"Work hard for your comeback, Hwangjanim. I know it's hard for you, but I'll always be there for you. Something inside me tells this comeback is it. But don't forget to eat your meals, take rest amidst all. Okay? I love you."
His heart warming up, just like his cheeks. He wanted to stay back. But he couldn't. Just couldn't. Tomorrow, he had recordings and dance practice and workout. Then they were going to have a comeback. Since this was there last chance, they were shooting for the stars.
Maya unlocked her door, frequently stealing glances at him. He was there, smiling at her. Why did it feel so hard to walk away? Even though they will meet again?

You reached your dorm, Kookie?

Yeah, sunshine.

Kookie, a lot of people call you Kookie, don't they?

Yeah
You can say that

Would you mind if I call you something else?

Not at all, Angel.
But you already have so many names for me.
Bunny Boy. Tokki. Hwangjanim

Yeah, but I'm sure they aren't something just between us.
I wanna show you how special you are to me in every possible way.

Okay, love.
You can call me whatever you want.

It's late, you have practice tomorrow.
You need to be as fresh as a kiwi, when you wake up tomorrow.

I know, your love is my medicine, sunshine.

You're making me blush.
If I'm you're sunshine, you are my moon. The moon that glows in the darkness. The moon that gives me love.

My pleasure, my angel.
By the way, do you still take some kind of medicines?

Maya bit her lips. He is concerned. She made her concerned. Her fingers shaking,

I used to take some medicines. But I threw them in the sink, and then threw the bottle at the mirror.
You saw the wounds on my body that day, didn't you?
Those were the wounds.

Maya, don't hurt yourself again.
It's okay to feel emotions, but whenever you get a thought you shouldn't call me up. Just dial my number. No matter what, I'm going to talk to you.

You are an idol. You always aren't near your phone.

Maybe, we soon are going to disband.

Jungkook gulped, a pain latching on the back of his throat. He saw his Hyungs slumped down in the studio. They were working really hard. A last chance. But who would ever pay attention to them? People don't see them, so what they are great singers?

You are amazing singers, dancers, performers.

They don't see that.

They are blind.
But you are the most talented bunch I've seen. If they don't see that, it's their problem.
You fought a lot to debut. But you can't win all the fights. And sometimes, you don't have to fight with people who don't know how to even use a sword.
I'll always be there for you. Your Hyungs would be there for you. Your family would be there for you.
If you want, we'll have a bakery of our own, if you want. Or we can do anything.
As long as we're together, it doesn't matter. I love you, your Hyung love you, you deserve to be loved. That's all that matters.
