"Jungkook?"
Third time. For the third time, in an hour, he had zoned out. He wasn't hearing a thing Maya said. Honestly it was pissing her off. But he had just finished a meeting talking about their official disbandment date. Maya didn't want it all to be just about herself. Maybe he was down. Maybe he wasn't feeling himself. Letting go of the idol life he has invested so much for maybe is the hardest thing possible.
Jungkook snapped out of his thoughts. Quickly mumbling an apology,
"I'm sorry Maya..."
Maya hummed halfheartedly. Cutting him off,
"It's okay Jungkook. I get it. You are just in your own headspace."
Maya didn't feel okay. As if the spark between them was dying. But the love wasn't. It was the same love. Sappy, sloppy love. The love filled with flaws. The love found once in a dream.
Jungkook scooted closer to her. He solemnly believed that she was his soulmate. He loved her. He loved her so much. What was up in his head? He has to keep on loving her. He promised her a forever.
"Hey do you like milk icecream?"
Maya's eye quickly went off of the streets to his handseom face. She chuckled, her brows furrowed a bit,
"Yeah... Why do you ask?"
"Because I love UYU."
Jungkook broke out into an elmo laughter. While Maya snickered,
"I almost forgot how much of a cheesy little bunny you are Ggukie."
"Mind it Sunshine. I'm two years older than you. So..."
Jungkook pouted a bit. Rather comically. Making Maya laugh louder. There was something about Maya. When she smiled, Jungkook had no other option but to reflect her emotions. They laughed till they cried. Humans always need tears. Don't they?

Jungkook sank down in his bed. Sinking just how his heart once sinked down in her love and now is sinking in a bitterness.
"I'm sorry for pretending. But I don't wanna hurt you Maya. I don't call you Angel without any reasons. You are an Angel and the pure sunshine. Maybe I love you. Love doesn't disappear into thin air for just one scenerio. It's just the guilt from that realm is chasing me. How I can't love you like that Jeon Jungkook. How worthless I am in front of you Maya. I'm sorry. But I'll go on loving you. The voice inside my brain has promised you that several times. I'll go on loving you just like you always dreamed of."
Jungkook murmured. Everything was just feeling so bitter. Why was he so messed up. He loved her. She was so lovable. Who wouldn't love her? Maybe he was just overthinking. Maybe he still loves her and is just a bit stressed.
"Jk?"
Hoseok popped his head from the door frame. Jungkook pulled his lips in a smile. Forcefully again,
"Yes Hyung?"
"We were all thinking of just having a small all nighter. Just talk about the good old days. Have some drinks. Order some food. You know, the things we did every birthday."
Jungkook pursed his lips. His unique dimple poking out,
"Yeah Hyung, I'll just be out in a few minutes."

"6.13 again? Such a fucked up world it is. Isn't it?"
Yoongi chuckled bitterly. Gulping down the liquid. His throat stinging.
Namjoon felt a tear roll dpwn his beautifully unique dragon eyes. The team he made. The boys he cherished are going to tear apart. They won't be following the same dream anymore. They won't be laughing on the same things. No more chaos. No more peace. Just seven dreamers torn apart.
For the first time in forever, Jin's posture was slumped. His broad shoulders hunched. He had no dad jokes to share. He just sat their. His windshield laughter long gone. Not even a single bit of glow on his handsome face.
Hoseok sat there. Leaning his back on the wall. His silent eyes didn't wander much. The pair fixated on the glass of soju. Hoseok was always the quiet drunk. But the thing here was, he didn't have a single drop of alcohol tonight.
Taehyung's face was as red as a rose on it's full bloom. Asian glow? Nah... Mostly tears. The second in line to be a Maknae hadn't found a way to stop his tears. His chest moved abrubtly, his box smile lost. But his lips formed a similar box when he sobbed about how after 13th June, the boys would walk their separate paths. His Hyungs would walk separate paths.
Jimin was gulping down alcohol as if rent was due. He knew the moment his mind moves away from the drinks and foods towards his Hyungs and the maknaes, he would be doomed. He would be doomed to cry himself to sleep. He would be doomed to think about the memories. The memories he wants to dodge. If not forever, then just for now.
Jungkook couldn't think of anything other than crying. His head fuzzy. Eyes blurry from all the tears. All the memories.
"So we only have 3 months before we disband? Aish. Where the fuck did we mess up?"
Jin said. His deep register sending chills down the boys' spines.  His head hanging low.
"Do-don't you... guys think we should... gi-give our... Army a gi-gift?"
Taehyung rubbed his nose with the back of his palm. He looked like a human cherry. Jimin scoffed,
"Really? Well, maybe we don't have ARMYs to give gifts. Cause if we had fans, we won't be here drinking like fools."
"Maybe we should Taehyung. So what we just had a handful of them?"
Namjoon said patting Taehyung's shoulders. He looked at Jimin and took his tiny hands into his gigantic one. Droplets of alcohol hanging on his lips. He forced a smile as tears ran down his eyes,
"Let's not make the same mistakes again?"
"What mistakes? The mistakes the bastards from those dreams made and earned success with?"
Jungkook yelled, tears running down. The anger flowing through his tears. He hated this kind of anger. The dry anger with veins popping, teeth clenching and fist balled up screams I don't give a fuck about you. But this wet one? The one you scream an bite your lips and your eyes swell up with tears and you have no other option but to show how vulnerable you are to them? This one is the worst.
"Maybe... But it's rude to leave without a goodbye."
Hoseok's heart lips split, distinctly pronouncing each word. Eyes wandering the six men who were there for him since the beginning of Bangtan Sonyeondan.
