TW Mild blood warning. It's not anything majorly gory, but if that makes you antsy, find the spot in the chapter with the ** I'll also use !! to give a heads up of the warning coming again.

While waiting for her brother-in-law to wake up, Ella was gently wiping off the drying blood from his arms with a rag she'd snatched. The medic, per the ringmaster's instruction, had attached small hooks to the back of his arms and shoulders. They were planning to use him and Mina for a combined performance where they would be 'puppeteered' by the small cast of Trapezists.

Ella's hand froze then she saw Puppet's arm flinch, all while he began to come to. As she gave him a second to regain his senses, Ella folded the rag so the cleaner side was seen. "...Ella?" Puppet's still groggy voice spoke up. "Just give me a minute, I'm almost done." She told, before gently finishing to wipe the blood from his right wrist. The action, despite being as gentle as possible, still caused the Marionette to flinch in pain. "Sorry!"

**"What did they... do to me?" Ella gently held up his wrist for him to see one of the hooks on the top side of it. "...Hooks?" Ella gave a small nod, before she started with, "I think they're planning some kind of puppetry act for you and Mina." She explained, seeing a horrified look grow on Puppet's face. "...Are they gonna do this to Mina?" He slowly asked, fearing what Ella's answer would be. Trying not to hesitate, Ella hoped her clown makeup helped mask her true emotions even the slightest bit. "I think so."

"Where did they take her now?"

"Where did they take her now?"

"She's in another tent." Ella started. "They brought me to this tent that they set up for us to stay in" She motioned to the metal barricading all around the interior of the tent, and the cement flooring. "We'll be staying here when we aren't needed." Ella explained, as she set the stained rag aside. Puppet leaned back against the horizontal metal bars he'd been leaning against, as he let out a heavy sigh.

"You feelin' OK?" Bonnie asked in a low voice, as he noticed how Gold was pinching the spot between his eyes, seemingly in pain. "No." He answered ever so casually, as he kept his eyes practically screwed shut and his head bowed down. "I had glasses for a reason. Now, I'm gettin' a bad headache, and those lights," He blindly motioned to the makeup mirror lights before both himself and Bonnie, "aren't helpin' much." The bear explained. "Oh..."

The two had both been seated at the makeup station, while Kit and Ginger briefly went to check things elsewhere. They both had one ankle chained to the singular leg of the small, backless swivel seat. That way, they wouldn't be able to wander off.

Bonnie took a moment to look around the edge of the mirror in front of himself. Looking for some way to turn off the lights until the humans returned. There had to be something to do that, right? After a minute or two, he saw a tiny switch near the base on the side. The bunny reached his hand towards it, and sure enough, it turned the lights off. "Gold?"

"Hmm?"

"There's a small switch at the base of the mirror on the right." Bonnie started explaining. "Flip it, and it'll turn the lights off." Gold finally lowered his hand, just long enough to find said switch. The bright bulbs suddenly fell dark. It didn't make his awful headache go away, but it did help to an extent. "Thank you-"

"Stop that." Kit scolded, with surprising authority to her otherwise sweet sounding voice. Well, it only sounded sweet when she interacted with other humans. Swatting Gold on the back on the head hard, Kit then reached and turned the light back on. Gold stiffened, as he tried to not lash out at the humans. If they were ever going to make it out of here, they'd would have to not make things harder on themselves.

Everyone was sitting quietly in the small tent of a cage. The quiet had only just recently come, as Puppet had been trying to soothe a crying Mina into falling asleep against his chest.!! That awful human, Jeremy, had done the same thing to Mina as he'd done to her father. She'd been sniffling and crying ever since from the pain. There was some blood dried onto her arms, since nobody had the heart to try and wipe any of it off and cause her more pain.**

"I feel like pinching myself... This has got to be a dream..." Ella suddenly said, simply voicing her thoughts in a depressing tone. "Don't bother." Puppet told her, obviously meaning that he'd been more than just 'pinched', and that they weren't dreaming. "Right... sorry."

"Here we thought we were free, but now look where we are." Gold then said, as he stared off onto no particular spot on the tent wall. "This ain't the same thing." Bonnie spoke up. "It was different with Fazbear Entertainment." He explained, only sounding half convinced himself. "You're right." The Marionette quietly spoke up. "With the company, nobody saw anything wrong with them using us. Nobody was looking for us, nobody was trying to help us, we were just they're 'property'." He started. "This time around, we've been abducted. We've all got family out there looking for us, probably trying to figure out what happened, and they're probably going to try and give us justice."

"Cupcake." Carl agreed with a nod, from where he was sitting on Ella's shoulder. Silence fell over them again.
