after telling zayn about his situation with eleanor, the older man luckily didn't flip out on him like louis had expected him to. though, he did look like he was ready to lose his temper but thankfully for louis' sake he kept it together. as a result, dinner had been cut short, both niall and harry sent away so that zayn and liam could sit down and have a discussion with louis in private.

when zayn told liam what happened, the younger man was shocked and in disbelief. he couldn't wrap his head around the fact that his son had gone and done something so careless. liam didn't get angry, but the news was quite upsetting and something he had never expected to happen to any of his kids. it was a parent's worst nightmare to find out their teenager had either gotten pregnant or got someone else pregnant. they could only imagine how eleanor's parents were going to react.

which the two men did decide to get up with eleanor's parents so that they could have a serious discussion about what steps to take next for both their kids. louis just knew el was going to be pissed once she found out he blabbed about the pregnancy the first chance he got. but, it was inevitable anyway. it was better for them to find out now, instead of half way through a pregnancy. they still have options to go with during the very early stages.

of course, eventually after the talk with his dads, louis was placed back on punishment—this time even worse than the last—all of his game privileges were revoked, phone and other electronics were taken away and his outside freedom was completely stripped. he'd be lucky if he ever saw the light of day ever again. and he's damn sure lucky that zayn didn't absolutely lose his mind and whoop his ass 'til it was raw.

louis pretty much locked himself in his room afterwards, and didn't want to engage or talk to anyone. he's feeling worse than he ever has before, so it's understandable that he'd need some alone time. any teenager would at a time like this. zayn and liam remained down stairs talking, still in complete disbelief and disappointment. meanwhile niall migrated to the game room, and harry to his own room. however, it wasn't too long before niall turned off the game and went to harry's room.

being the only one in the house who didn't know what was going on, niall became curious and decided to go get some intel. he goes into harry's room without knocking, and shuts the door behind him. harry's on his bed flat on his stomach, flipping through a new comic book he got not too long ago. the curly haired boy sits up when he hears someone enter. niall jumps on the bed as harry sits indian style, tilting his head in curiosity.

"what is it ni?" he asks. niall folds his arms behind his head as he lies back on the boy's bed.

"what's going on with louis?" niall asks. harry chews on his lip, then crosses his arms and turns his head away.

"i'm not telling you. i promised lou i would keep it a secret." he says. niall raises an eyebrow at him. louis and harry keeping secrets together and actually somewhat getting along with one another? that was very rare considering how much the two of them fought and bickered. it must've been a really juicy secret and niall wanted to know even more now.

"okay what did he bribe you with this time? or did he threaten you perhaps?" niall asks.

"he didn't bribe or threaten me." harry mumbles.

"wait, you're keeping this secret completely free of charge? now i really need to know, c'mon tell me."

"nope." harry says, standing his ground. niall sits up and pokes out his lip.

"oh c'mon, i'm your big brother, it's not like i'm an outsider. and i won't tell anyone." niall promises. harry looks at him apprehensively.

"but lou will be mad."

"everyone in here knows but me, we're all family h." niall says. harry sighs softly, playing with his fingers. well, niall is their brother so it's not like he has to worry about niall going around spreading rumors or blabbing about their family business. he supposes it wouldn't be fair for niall to be left out. harry huffs, uncrossing his arms.

"okay fine," the green eyed boy says, pursing his lips. niall watches him waiting for him to say what he needed to say. harry leans closer, speaking in a hushed voice as if they were being listened to. "lou got el pregnant."

niall's eyes widen like saucers, jaw almost dropping to the floor.

"holy shit for real?" he says. harry nods. niall shakes his head, running a hand through his hair, sighing heavily. "i told that idiot to keep it wrapped up."

"h-have you done sex too before?" harry asks. niall shrugs slightly.

"couple times, with my current girlfriend. but unlike louis, i'm safe." he replies. the curly haired boy nods.

"does it feel good?"

"yeah, if you do it with the right person." niall answers.

"oh, cam said the same thing." harry hums, starting to think about it. niall smirks leaning closer.

"why're you so curious huh? you and mitch thinking about doing it?" niall asks raising an eyebrow. harry's face turns bright red and he shakes his head quickly.

"no no, w-we're not i was just asking! i- i don't want to do that..right now, i don't think so." harry mumbles blushing harshly. the older teen laughs softly, reaching out to pinch the younger's cheek gently.

"you better not, or i'm gonna have to have a chat with that boyfriend of yours." niall says. harry reddens even more, poking his lip out.

"that's embarrassing ni, don't do that."

"don't have sex and i won't." niall winks at him. harry pouts. the blue eyed teen ruffles his hair, smiling. though, he still can't believe that louis actually knocked up his girlfriend. sure louis was the more one reckless of the three, but he was smart enough to know not to make a stupid mistake like this. he's honestly surprised at how cool and calm their dad was about something like this. niall swears he would've flipped the whole entire house upside down.

the blue eyed male supposes that he went easy on louis because he knew how bad the teen probably already felt and he didn't want to make him feel worse. either way, niall can only imagine how he's feeling because he'd be shitting himself had he been in louis' position. a father before the age of eighteen? niall would rather eat a bag full of tide pods than have that happen.

luckily, they have a close knit and caring family that will be there for louis and help him through this rough patch. although, having a baby at this age isn't the greatest thing in the world—

on the bright side, at least he didn't get disowned.
