the tension in the house thinned out gradually through the week, following a small talk zayn and liam engaged in after liam and niall came home from his mother's house. liam was not as upset as he was before his talk with niall, and after speaking with zayn, he just completely erased the issue from his head. the more he thought about it, he realized something. if his two teenage boys could ignore the obvious problem circulating this family, then so could he. that mindset resulted in liam focusing primarily on his youtube content for the last couple days, subjects being: daily life, running silly errands, cooking, or reacting to videos submitted to him by his fans. this was exceedingly helpful in giving him something to do and keeping his mind diverted.

in the meantime, everyone else was engaged in their own little activities. niall has made it on to the soccer team at his school and he was so ecstatic. the moment he saw his name on the bulletin board for who made the team, he called liam and gushed on the phone to him about it, and throughout the week he couldn't stop talking about it. liam was proud of him, and happy to see him so excited over it. he knew just how much niall loved sports, he tried for a new sport each year and he was always very active and engaged with the events at his school.

louis was in still in that stage where he didn't really engage in anything, and spent his days either: in his room, face shoved into a tv screen with a game playing, or staring at his phone screen texting his friends and talking to his girlfriend. he was rather detached from the reality surrounding him albeit able to pick up on the subtle issues that embroiled his family as a whole. nevertheless, ventilating his deepest thoughts was never an option for him— henceforce his decision to stay mostly to himself.

harry was just his normal self: cheery, happy, and energetic (as well as annoying to his older brothers just like little brothers should be). it's been a month since his close encounter with niall's (ex) friend, and he's since then been evaluated and expelled permanently from their school as well as sent to a juvenile correctional center for the next four years, but he is also to be registered as a sex offender, consequently it will effect his future in the long run.

this set his mind at ease knowing he wouldn't have to see him anymore, and he hopes that he doesn't have to face anymore similar experiences. harry didn't so much think about that, he felt happy like he always does, and didn't carry a worry in the world. harry being the person he was, believed that there is good in every person and he doesn't like to acknowledge the certitude that there was mean people in the world that wanted to do bad things. despite what took place, he still carried that mindset, but being mindful of the dangers as well.

last but certainly not least, there was zayn. he had some time off from working in the studio— his album having just dropped a couple days ago, in which he celebrated a bit with a small party that took place a few days ago. he's been promoting it to a great extent. his fans absolutely loved it, and did well to show support, selling out cds, and buying on apple music etc. he made sure to let his fans know how much he loved and treasured their support, had it not been for them he'd not be as known and loved as he is today, ergo he valued each and every one of his fans.

in spite of the things that occurred over the last couple of days, he and harry still did spend a significant amount of time together, but most days, harry did go off to do his own thing or try to get his sibling's attention. while harry loved his baba, and spending time with him, he did sometimes need someone his age or close it to hang around with. normally, when he felt like that, he'd seek attention from niall or louis (sometimes resulting in louis kicking him out of his room, or niall telling him he'd hang out with him later). fortunately, today was one of the better days for them. louis finally crawled out of his cave to join the two out back for some physical activities— soccer.
