Who comes in smiling
And is happy
A girl that everyone likes
There's a girl in my class
Who's an actress
She where's a fake smile
Tells jokes in class
No one seems to notice
The tears going down her face
There's a girl in my class
Who talks a bit
Who seems okay
And has a perfected fake laugh
One that everyone thinks is real
There's a girl in my class
Who's good at faking friends
She's good at manipulation
And negotiation
And can easily read your face
There's a girl in my class
Who looks happy
But is really sad
Who gets in fights with the monsters
The demons
And especially herself
Who everyone thinks is just shy
The girl in my class is a
Manipulator
Negotiator
Faker
A little messed up
Sad
And depressed
This girl in my class
Is me
I am the girl
Who fakes things
Who solves everyone's problems
And has piles of her own
Who hates being around razors
Because all she wants to do is cut
Who feels like everyone hates her
No matter how many times
They promise that they don't
Who seems shy
Who seems to be bursting with life
When actually she's buried it inside
The girl who pushes people away
The girl who should feel bad
But can't feel anything
A girl who's a shell with nothing inside
The girl who can't tell a difference
Between her fake and really friends
I am this girl
This girl is me
And how horrible it is
To be me
To be this girl in class
