Not a toy

I am not your toy

I am a human being

I am not here for your amusement

For your laughter

I have feelings

I am not here for you to love

And pull in

And then push away again

I am suppose to be your best friend

At least that's what you say I am

Then why am I ignored

Why do I feel like a toy

I'm a human being

With thoughts and feelings

I feel so strongly for you

But you don't feel it back

Which would be okay

If you treated be like everyone else

You treat me strangely

Like I'm not real

Like I mean nothing

But as soon as you need something

Or want to feel love

You come back to me

And I let you use me

Over and over and over again

I know you use me

I know you've said these things

To every other girl

But I can't help it

I've tried to get away from you

And show you I feel hurt

But you just apologize

And the repeat it over and over

And I let it happen

I get pulled into to you

And you push me away

And it keeps happening

And I'm getting dizzy

From the continuous cycle

I want to quit this game

I want off the emotional roller coaster

I am a human being

Not a toy

Not a robot

Not some play thing

I am human

With thoughts and feelings

But over and over and over again

I let you treat me as a toy

I let you use me

Over and over

I let you hurt me

To show you I care

Even though you've showed

Multiple times that

You don't

But I let it happen
