29 - Amelia snoops around

Ever since that leader has arrived here, he has been making me and Adam do everything from drills to mile runs and even forcing us to climb through the extra hot lava wall.

If our parents hadn't told us to keep our true origins a secret,ni would have yelled at him about our true parentage and forced him to submit to us. Who does he think he is?

The idiot campers are saying that he is Nova Chaos, the merciless leader but I find that hard to believe. I mean, he's skinny and always hides his face. Which kind of leader hides their face?

Father told me to try and pass through the wards into the team's house.

Last time I was nearly burnt but father gave me a potion to minimize the burns the next time I passed through the wards.

According to the schedule, training would start at seven tomorrow. That would be the perfect time to sneak around their cabin. I waited for the team to leave the cabin and entered. The wards did burn me a bit but I'm okay now.

I looked around to see if anyone was visible and then made myself invisible using the cap. It's a good thing that the bitch threw away the cap after Percy left.

I entered the house and it looked more like a teenager's playground than an adult's. Honestly, were they teens or adults?

Whatever. I rolled my eyes and began to snoop around. There wasn't much to find and I went upstairs. I saw the first door to my right and opened it.

I felt a shock on my hand and found myself in the training grounds with all the campers looking at me in surprise and the team glaring at me.

"See, who do we have here. Didn't you tell Chiron that you were too sick to train today?" The leader glared at me.

"So, CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IN CHAOS' PEACOCKS WERE YOU DOING IN OUR CABIN WHEN WE MADE IT CLEAR THAT NO CAMPER IS ALLOWED THERE UNLESS WE APPROVE. AND MY MEMORY IS GOOD ENOUGH TO VERIFY THAT YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CABIN OR ANYWHERE NEAR IT" he looked angry and I was suddenly hit with several shocks of lightening. If I wasn't His daughter, I would have died then and there.

"Heyy, what are doing with Amelia? Get away from her" Adam came to my rescue but was blocked by an invisible wall. I begged the leader to stop the shocks but he smirked at me.

I saw my sister being tortured by the leader and rushed to her but was stopped by invisible walls around me.

I continued to bang on the wall "Let Amelia go else I'll tell father to punish you. Let her go." I watched in horror as she fell unconscious and the walls had fallen down.

I rushed to her trying to revive her while I heard laughter around me.

Well, I honestly don't care whether you guys reply or not. I'll continue to write the book but it will be aty own pace and henceforth, I won't comply to ur requests for an early update or anything else.

I have grown tired of begging u guys so, I'll no longer pay heed to ur requests.
