I found myself in the infinity castle the second I said my final goodbyes to Koinatsu, Daki and her brother spawned nearby me almost instantaneously, and the moment I saw her standing beside me safe and sound my body relaxed and I softly exhaled, letting all my worries leave my mind. Thank god she survived that battle.

"Ahem." A cough from behind was heard.

"Master Kibutsuji..." Gyutaro whispered as all three of us bowed down to him, falling onto our knees and looking down at the floor.

"Your task was successfully finished. Well done." He smirked as he looked down upon us, snapping his finger and signaling Nakime to teleport and reveal Nezuko trapped in Daki's sashes behind Muzan's back.

"Now then, you all know why I gathered you here. Since you all took part in capturing Tanjiro's sister, I made a promise to raise your ranks if you managed to fulfil my orders. Luckily enough for you, a few hours ago I sent Upper Moon 5 and Upper Moon 4 on a mission in which they were eliminated, both Gyokko and Hantengu didn't survive. Since you have all proven to be helpful, I am here to make you two Upper 5, and you will take the new place for the role of Upper Moon 6." Muzan explained as he slowly walked up to Daki and Gyutaro, slicing his finger with the tip of his sharp nail to let his blood flow into their hands.

"After these two will be finished with their transformation, make sure you send them over to the rest of the Upper Moons, there's something important I have to discuss with our new Upper 6 in private." Master told Nakime, averting his piercing gaze at me as I remained on the floor, trembling from the adrenalizing sensation inside my stomach.

Once the two siblings were gone, Muzan steadily approached me, making my breath stop once I looked up at him and noticed the way he glared right into my eyes, carefully inspecting all of my movements. When he finally came up to me I felt tiny beads of sweat form on my face, I didn't know what to expect from him, so my eyes nervously shut and my fists clenched tightly as I waited for his further actions.

And then I suddenly heard how Master crouched down to me, placing his hand on top of mine.

"Look at me." His calm voice rang out as he leaned in and moved his fingers onto my chin, lightly raising my face and making me witness his soft smile.

"You've been greatly helpful lately. I'm truly proud of you."

"Please, my Lord, your gratitude is far too generously given..." I gasped as a crimson blush spread across my cheeks while Muzan continued to examine my complexion with a small smirk on his face, bringing his lips insanely close to mine, almost making them touch.

He knew perfectly well that I was head over heels for him all thanks to my recent thoughts, and he had just the right way to have me under his full control and shape me into his loyal helper. My breath hitched again once he put his hand on my shoulder and gently stroked it while peering deep into my eyes, watching my pupils wided as I felt the mesmerising aroma of his cologne float around in the air. Holy fuck he smelled so good... I couldn't function properly any longer, one more whiff of his scent and I'd pass out...

"You have accomplished a lot since you became a member of the Twelve Kizuki, I knew you had the potential to reach this far" Muzan continued as he sat down on a small platform and crossed his legs, signalling me to come closer.

He gently tapped on his knee as I stood up and obediently trailed over to him, feeling my legs quiver from disbelief that I was was in such close contact with Master. He carefully reached his hands over to me, pulling me into his lap and lightly locking me into his cold embrace, placing his arms on my waist. I literally couldn't believe what was happening right now. Muzan himself was hugging me... My face heated up so fast as he rubbed circles on my back, feeling his soft fingers drag across my skin made me feel so weak and fragile to the point my body felt like it was about to shatter and my heart was going to explode. I didn't know how to react in this occasion, I sat still and didn't dare to move a muscle, but as Master kept comforting me by stroking my hair, I felt the tension inside me loosen up a bit, and my body automatically moved a little closer to him, inhaling his luscious perfume. It was way too obvious for him to understand what my actions meant, alongside my thoughts that kept overflowing inside my head and kept me constantly fixated on how thrilled I was from his touch, he pressed me closer to his chest and placed his hand on my head, making me to lose my mind as the strong emotions kept boiling inside me.
