After everyone gathered in one building, the battle officially began once Daki lashed her sashes at the Sound Hashira and got blocked by Zenitsu, who sent her flying through the roof with his attack. Gyutaro stayed back to deal with Uzui inside the building while I dashed up above, witnessing Daki slowly awakening her full form as she continued speaking with an arrogant smile on her face. I walked up behind her, watching how Inosuke appeared when she gradually transformed, both slayers stood in front of us while Daki's laughter continued chiming loudly as a third eye that belonged to Gyutaro opened up on her forehead, revealing the kanji "Upper Six".
"Now we're gonna slash your throats without any problem!" Daki exclaimed as she lunged half of her sashes over at the Inosuke, and the other half down through the roof, trying to trap Uzui while leaving Zenitsu on me.
"I can see everything! All of your movements! Now that my brother's awake, what you're seeing now is my true power! You can't even get close to me!" She yelled out, waving her belts around while toying with her targets and giggling from their failure to dodge her moves, provoking her to attack even rougher.
"Die! Die, you ugly bitches!" Daki sneered, shooting her sashes up from below into the sky and extending them so much to the point that made them capable of wiping out entire buildings, smashing them through the roof and exposing Gyutaro's and Uzui's battle as they pounced outside once another explosion occurred inside the house, caused by the Hashira's bombs.
I leaped around the roof's surface, trying to strike our enemies as they kept slipping away from Daki's hits, until I senced someone else's presence close by us. I jumped away and stopped for a few seconds to look around and make sure my mind wasn't playing tricks on me, but my eyes slightly widened when I saw a young woman crawling on the other side of a nearby building's rooftop, trying to remain unseen. She was wearing a short, sleeveless lavender dress with an irregular square pattern of a darker color and a tight magenta colored obi sash. She was also carrying a heavy box filled with what looked like kunai knives from here. A shinobi perhaps..? Didn't think I'd encounter those in our era.
"Daki!~ I see we have unexpected visitors coming in~ I'll go deal with her while you take care of these two~" I exclaimed as I rushed over to the woman, catching her off guard as she placed her box onto the top of the roof, aiming it at Gyutaro who was in the middle of an intense battle with the Sound Hashira.
"Hello~ What do we have here?~" I teasingly greeted the lady, kicking away her weapon box aside to reveal the stored knives break out from the wooden crate and slip down the roof along with a sharp scent of wisteria that burst out into the air.
"Ooh~ Kunai knives laced with wisteria?~ How exciting~ Too bad they landed far away~ You thought you could shoot them at Gyutaro and get away with it? Am I right, shinobi?~" I continued messing with her as I walked up and placed my hand over her trembling shoulder, watching how tiny beads of sweat formed on her forehead.
"You must be one of the Hashira's helpers I assume?~ Let's ask him, shall we?~"
"Don't you d-" I cut her off by placing my hand over her mouth, tightly holding it to mute her completely.
"Hey, big man! Is this your side chick over here by any chance?" I shouted down to Uzui, trying to win some time for Gyutaro as I held the shinobi by her mouth while she continuously kept moaning and kicking around.
"HINATSURU!-"
Gyutaro unhesitatingly activated his Blood Demon Art just as soon Uzui got distracted, but his attack still got blocked almost instantly by the fourth form of the Sound breathing's technique, but what the Hashira didn't expect was Daki's belt to appear and knock him down from behind. Hinatsuru kept squirming around and trying to warn him about all the upcoming attacks, but I firmly held onto her so she wouldn't escape and watched Uzui fall flat on the ground, getting caught up by the belts.
