Once Enmu felt my arms slither around his chest and lock his body in a delicate embrace, he slowly turned around to face me and gently kissed my forehead, watching me smoothly slide down to his knees. I laid down in his lap and hugged him while he stroked my hair, feeling his hand gradually creep up to my face and sweetly caress my cheek with the tips of his fingers.

"Oh Enmu...~ Words cannot explain how much you mean to me...~" I mumbled underneath my breath while nuzzling into his coat, making him fall silent for a second.

"You became so dear to me... I'm so glad that I found you...~ I don't want to ever let you go...~ I love you so much...~" I continued before lifting my gaze up to Enmu after not getting a response for a while.

He remained quiet and let out a small gasp the moment our eyes met, and a tiny glisten of pleasant surprise flashed across his face, making me lightly tilt my head to the side in confusion.

What was it that I said exactly that sparked such a strong reaction?

"You love me... that much..?" Enmu questioned, slightly stuttering in disbelief.

"... I thought you knew that.. Or are you implying that my words and actions before didn't seem legitimate enough to prove my feelings for y-" I got cut off by Enmu's lips roughly slamming onto mine.

He kissed me so aggressively, but somehow he did it with so much tenderness at the same time, which made me loose my guard and allow him to take control over me at that moment. Enmu pushed me down to my back and then tightly pressed himself close to my chest, listening to my heartbeat madly accelerating every second.

"Tell me you love me once more... Please.. Let me hear you say it one more time.." He pleaded while whispering, after what his mouth met mine again.

My goodness, his dreamy and incredibly soft lips did wonders to me... This hypnotic feeling of warmth flooded me to the brim each time he kissed me, how could I possibly resist him...

"I love you." I quietly muttered back as his embrace grew stronger once he heard the words he desired.

"I love you too... I love you madly... I don't want to lose you... I want to stay with you forever..." Enmu let his emotions break through as he spoke, giving me the most sincere and kind glance I ever seen from him.

"You're too sweet to me..." I said as salty tears slowly welled up in my eyes and felt like they were about to trickle down my cheeks any second before I was pulled into yet another long kiss.

"I mean it. I wouldn't throw such words around after everything we went through." Enmu whispered as he held both of my hands in his, staring deep into my moist eyes.

He refused to let go of me for several minutes, he kept tightly holding onto me as I cuddled in his lap and gave all my affection to him, dearly telling him what he means to me and how much I'm grateful to have him in my life. In all honesty, I never thought that Enmu had this sweet love-craving side in him, I always thought he was the type of man to focus on the more "perverted" aspects in a relationship, seeing him soften up from a few love confessions wasn't something I expected to witness from him at all. But I do have to admit, it was genuinely adorable...

"I'm really kind of unrestrained today...~ I'm sorry if my actions suddenly...-" I cut him off by quickly leaving a kiss on his nose, startling Enmu by my actions once again.

"Awh dear... Why are you this cute..?~" I blurted out as his eyes slightly widened and he stared at me like a little child.

"That was so adorable..~" He quietly whispered to himself, and as he looked at me, he noticed that my complexion was tinted in a dusty shade of pink.

"Did that really seem cute to you..?~" I questioned Enmu as I cupped my burning face with my cold hands and flashed a soft smile at him.

"Mhm.~ Your little actions are always charming.~" He replied in a soothing and gentle tone as he delicately stroked my warm cheek.

I took his hand in mine and grasped it with my fingers as I hugged him, burying my face in his chest. Every time I nuzzle into him it truly feels so unforgettable, as if it's my first time experiencing him this close to me. I guess I was still getting used to having a partner like him after an eternity of being alone, and I'm genuinely so relieved that Enmu feels so passionate about me too.

"I'm incredibly grateful for everything you do for me, I got very attached to you... So much that I can no longer let you go.. I hope you don't plan on leaving me..-" Enmu cut me off, putting his hand over my lips and peering deep into my eyes with seriousness.

"Don't even think about it. I won't ever let you go. Whatever you think, wherever you are, I will always be there for you. I wouldn't spit such words lightly. You are very dear to me. You know that?"

"Mhm.." I mumbled as I hid my face from shyness, I could no longer handle such sweet words, I wasn't used to be treated this way so it made me flushed to the core.

"Come on, no need to hide yourself from me...~ Although you do that adorably...~" Enmu said as I climbed into his lap and sat down on his knees, snuggling up to him like a clingy kid.

Once he pressed me close to him, I inhaled the sweet scent of his light perfume and buried my nose into his neck, wrapping my legs around his waist while he kept comforting me in his warm embrace.

This all felt surreal. I don't deserve a man like this...
