five days ago, a mysterious-looking boy wandered into the small city of mondstadt. it was a rainy night, you recalled. the rain was pouring down heavily, and this young man didn't seem the least bit detered. you watched from the somewhat dusty windows of the big house as this young man trotted his merry way down the empty wet streets of mondstadt. he didnt bother looking for shelter, nor did he bother covering himself from the rain - it even felt like he enjoyed the rain.
strange, but that was five days ago. he dissapared from yourview, and the next morning when the streets were damped with the rain, and the skies were humidly irritating, you snuck out of the house to look for him. you checked underneath stairs, inside the tavern, under benches - but nothing. it was as if he had vanished right after you took your eyes off of him.
today, it rained again.
you stood near the window, watching the rain pour as yourparents and siblings discussed future plans for trading. you tapped the window, mostly to annoy them, and you would have continued if the same boy from five days ago didnt appear. there he was again, seemingly dancing in the rain. what was he doing? does he not worry about catching a cold?
that was it, curiosity got the better of you, and you felt the need to follow him around. you had to find a way to sneak out of your house undetected. you innocently slipped past the dining table where your parents and siblings were and loudly announced that you would be sleeping.
your parents just nodded and paid you not much mind, and you skipped over to your room, but not before yanking an umbrella from the case near the door. you shut and locked the door. you ran towards the windows and thrusted them opened. you peered out, and luckily, there he was in your sights. you quickly slipped on a small jacket and vaulted out your bedroom window with the umbrella, landing in a puddle.
the boy was getting a little furthur away from you, and you just needed to follow him. you were so curious on where and who he was. slowly, you followed him. the young boy just kept skipping, and splashing in puddles. you hid behind the walls as you watched him splish and splash around before continuing his walk.
