"listen," childe says, staring into your eyes as the droplets of water fell onto his face as he stood in your doorway. "i just wanted to say im sorry..."
you blinked, an obvious scowl as you pushed the door a little more to reveal the water hose in his hand as he was raining water down on himself. you sighed and rubbed your eyes. "childe. dude. it's... 2am, and you banged on my door, threw rocks at my window, and broke my shed just to wake me up AND to say you're sorry? for eating my pie?"
he looked at you dramatically. "yes."
"and what did you expect from all this?"
childe drew closer to you and puckered his lips a little. "a kiss-"

the door was slammed in his face as he dropped the water hose. he cleared his throat as kazuha and diluc popped up from the bushes behind him. kazuha smirked. "nice going, dingus."
"oh please, as if you can do better."
"i will, do better. watch and learn," kazuha smiled, walking out of the bushes and shoving childe aside. the young man cleared his throat before knocking on your door.
