Why? (Depressed Eren X Captain Levi)

Chapter 15

"Caught in Action"

**Third person**

As Levi tries his hardest to catch up with the taller male he recalls the memory from the night before, Levi begins to feel an uneasy feeling. A feeling he never felt before.

Eren stood in front of his Captain's room, waiting for his arrival. As Levi got closer, Eren noticed a slight difference in his Captain's face. An expression he had never seen on his face before. Eren couldn't really put the piece together, young kids are really clueless when it comes to love, I must say.

Levi had finally arrived at the same location as Eren, right in front of their room. Levi couldn't help but stare at the younger male as he slowly opened their bedroom door, Levi then noticed his actions and immediately stopped.  Rushing his way through the door. Eren noticed his Captain's weird action but pushed it aside assuming it was from the new members joining the Survey Corps or last night's incident. 

Once again, young people are clueless.

Though Levi couldn't name or reason why he's acting how he is, he also thought it was because of last night's incident. Levi couldn't help but fall back asleep in his cadet's arms, the warmth was different from a blanket. He felt safe and comfy.

Levi shakes the feeling and tries to focus on his paperwork, while Eren gets ready for bed.

Eren puts on another one of his green shirts that has a small v-line collar. I do wonder how many pairs of that green shirt he owns? Eren removes his belt straps and throws it aside, creating a small pill of clothing which angers Levi.

"OI! Pick up and fold your clothes!" Levi yelled from his desk, Eren sighed as he began to do as he was told.

Eren picked up his clothes and neatly placed them down to a nearby table. Eren was usually a somewhat tiddy kid but he was too exhausted to keep his things tidy. Eren walked back to his cot and began to feel comfortable before sleeping.

Levi stayed up for a bit longer to try to get the pile of paperwork off his desk before his eyes began to get heavy. Levi's eyes slowly began to close but Levi was way too uncomfortable to sleep.

Levi sighed as he got up, he made his way to cot. On his way he noticed Eren was still awake! And working out..

"OI! Aren't you supposed to be sleeping?!" Levi questioned, raising his voice slightly. Eren's arm got weak while doing his push up and fell on the cold, hard floor.

"If you're going to yell at me, don't scare me and make me hurt myself.." Eren mumbled as he rubbed his chest in a circular motion.

Levi walked towards Eren and sat down in a squat position in front of him, "Eren, you need sleep and you won't get it by working out all night." Levi leatured as Eren sighed.

Eren knew what his Captain was saying was true but.. He felt like he didn't deserve sleep, no matter how tired he was. Levi noticed Eren's distraught sweaty face, Levi got up from the ground and walked behind Eren.

Levi grabbed Eren by his collar and began to drag him towards his cot, which wasn't that far from where they were.

Eren laughed slightly as he saw how hard everyone wanted him to be happy, at that moment Eren promised himself something. Something that everyone will agree on.

Levi finally reached Eren's cot and threw him on his cot, causing Eren to make an 'oof' sound when hitting the somewhat hard cot.

Eren sat up and stared in his Captain eye's as he stared back, they didn't realize how long they stood there and just admired each other.

Eren was the first to back away as Levi was still somewhat drawn to Eren's emerald eyes. Eren smiled and went over to grab his Captain's arm, Eren tugged his arm causing Levi to fall and join Eren on his cot.

Eren busted into laughter as Levi got all flustered and angry at the shocking movements but that anger didn't last long.

Eren wrapped his arms around the shorter male as the warmth felt nice, Eren wasn't aware of his actions. He only knew that what he was doing felt 100% right, Eren melted into the warmth and quickly fell asleep.

Levi struggled to get up and out of Eren's tight, firm grip having no acknowledgement of Eren being asleep.

"Eren! Let me g-" Levi cut himself off as he looked up and realized the situation Eren was in. Eren was finally asleep and Levi didn't want to disturbed that.

Levi sighed as he began to shift around, finding a comfortable position.

Levi was already tired from filling out the paperwork so adding to the nice warmth and hearing of Eren's heartbeat. He began to feel exhausted.

Cause the same situation as last night to re-accrue, something the both wanted to avoid for less awkward moments in the future.

Levi shut his eyes as expected the fact he won't be able to escape any time soon. In the end, both men feel asleep and enjoy another night of a warm embrace.

Morning rose but neither male woke up, it was quite understandable. Both males fell asleep pretty late which only gave them 3 hours asleep before heading to duty.

Hanji was the first to notice Levi's late arrival and went to go check up on him and Eren. Hanji came up with many weird and crazy ideas of why Levi wouldn't have arrived early, but she'll never expect to find what she will find.

Hanji kicked the door wide open, she looked around the room and saw what Levi was doing. Hanji froze as the two males slowly woke up, irritated that they were disturbed from their sleep.

Hanji held her squeals as hard as she could but that didn't last long...

Levi got more irritated, Levi sat up from the cot and stared at Hanji.. Well being Hanji-

"Hanji shut the fuck up.. It's like 5 in the morning.." Levi said as he rubbed his heavily bagged eyes.

Hanji chuckled as she knew that he was completely wrong about the time, "Levi it's 8:30 in the morning!" Hanji began to burst into laughter as Levi sat there dumbfounded

"IT'S WHAT?!" Levi shouted-
