Charli pov
Avani and Madi eventually arrive at my house, picking out the makeup we we’re going to use and helping me pick out a dress. “Oh for sure that one" “Chase will go crazy over you in that dress". The dress was a black and has sparkles on it, it was a bit to short for my liking, that’s why I didn’t wear it that often. “Don’t you think it’s a bit to short?” “No? I think it’s perfect!” “okay finee, I’ll wear it” “okay, now let’s get you dressed and do your makeup!” “you make me sound like I’m a barbie doll” “maybe because you are” “ahh, I see". I take the dress and switch into it, looking at myself in the bathroom mirror, I actually like myself in this. I come out of the bathroom and sit down at my beauty table, Avani getting the brushes out for the makeup. “want a chair Voni?” “Nah, I’m okay"

“Oh my god Charli you look amazing” “you truly are a barbie doll” “take photos and send them to him" “I was actually going to do that anyway" I smirk, every time I send photos of myself, Chase hypes me up, it makes me laugh. I go to my mirror and take a photo, clicking the contact “Chasemelon💕”.

Chase pov
I sit in my car, waiting for her to come downstairs. Avani and Madi walk away, my eyes still staring at the front door. She then comes downstairs, gorgeous. I come out of the car and open the passenger seat's door, her walking out the front door. She gets to the car and greets me. “Hello Chase" “hello Charli, after you, M'lady” “why thank you”. We get inside the car and put our seatbelts on, starting to drive to the school. The car stays silent until she decides to speak. “I’m sorry things have been, you know, awkward between us" “hey it’s okay, it’s my fault too. Don’t only blame yourself”. She doesn’t respond, instead she rests her head on my shoulder. Her head then goes into her phone, the sound of typing running through the car. We finally arrive at the school, trying to find a place to park. I eventually find a place to park and get out of the car, opening the car door for her to get out. I take her hand and help her get out of the car, her eyes meet mine we stare at each other for a few minutes, before deciding to go inside. Her hand still stays in mine, I bring it up to my lips and kiss her hand, letting it hang back down again. We walk through the halls before reaching the gym, her hand tightens. “are you okay?” “I don’t really like big crowds” “don’t worry bub, I’ll stay with you the entire time, okay?”. She wraps her arms around my waist and I open the gym door, walking inside. Her eyes look around the gym, I assume she’s trying to find her friends. Her embrace goes away, I instead was met with her hand in mine again. She tugs me along while trying to find her friends.
 
Charli pov
I find Avani and Madi and talk to them for a while before we part ways. “want something to drink Char?” “just fruit punch if that’s okay" “alright, I’ll be back, okay?” I pout my lips, not wanting him to leave me. “okayyy, you can come with me". I smile and grab his hand, following him to the drinks. He pours me a glass of fruit juice, passing it too me. I drink that before looking around, trying to find a spot to sit. My eye catches a small white couch, no one was sitting on it. “come" “okay". I take him to the couch and we both sit down, relaxing. We talk for a while, laughing, smiling, just being us, that’s what I love the most about Chase, is that he makes me feel comfortable and safe around him. “I just want to thank you for coming with me, after wh-" I was cut off by someone talking on the microphone. “dance starts now!! Find a partner and dance to the music!”. People start partnering up and my head turns to Chase, looks like I’m dancing with him. Thoughts run through my head of how to ask him, just ask? It’s not like anything bad would happen, worst scenario is he says no. “would you like to dance with me?” “more then welcome too". He gets up and reaches his hand out, gesturing for me to get up. I place my hand in his and I get up, our hands still connected. A song starts playing, I listen, seeing if I can recognize it. The song is “The two of us", I love this song. Chase takes me by the waist and we sway back and forth, I never want this to end. I turn my head and see Avani and Madi with there boyfriends, we exchange a smile and my head turns back to him. Random thoughts flood through my head, one of them sticking out the most
 
Does he remember Valentine’s day?
 
I wonder if I should bring it up, I mean we’ve never talked about it ever since it’s happened, I wonder if he forgot, or if he really just doesn’t want to talk about it. I then make up my mind. “do you remember when you got me roses?” “of course I do, why?” “do you remember anything else from that day?” “you’re talking about our… moment, yeah, I couldn’t forget that if I tried, because I realized something that day" “what did you realize?” “I realized I was in love with you…” He did not just say that. The emotions I had felt surreal, feelings I haven’t felt before, feelings I didn’t even know existed. “Why didn’t you say anything? I’m in love with you too, you could have told me" “and you could’ve too Char” “I was scared” “I was too, I thought I would ruin things between us. The awkwardness between us after that made me feel horrible, then what happened recently, you backed away” “I know, I’m really sorry, I didn’t want things to be awkward again, but then I realized that I still messed up” “it’s okay, how about we start where we left off" “I’d love that". My hands wrap around his neck, pulling us closer. I go on my tippy toes, since I’m short. He whispers “you’re so gorgeous, I’m so lucky I’ve gotten to kiss you”. We both lean in, our lips connecting, I guess I had forgotten how soft his lips are, this kiss we knew what we’re doing, unlike the other. Our bodies continue to sway back and forth, this is just perfect, everything. During the kiss, I feel us both smile. We’re both hopeless romantics, and times like these is just exactly what we both wanted, I know because we use to talk about relationships. Our lips slowly part, that gap in between us coming back. “I know I’m probably rushing stuff, but I want to buy us a hotel for tonight” “are you serious? I’d love that, but  don’t spend you’re money on something so stupid" “it’s not stupid, it’s for you and I, anything for you is not stupid” “are you sure?” “yes, just ask you’re mom or dad, and I’ll buy us one" “thank you so so much, I’ll ask them. I quickly take out my phone, asking my mom if I could stay with him, she replies and says yes, an even bigger smile appears on my face. “She said yes" “perfect, I’ll be right back” “okay". He walks away in the distance, standing there. He shortly after comes back, placing his hands on my hips. “you are so so hot” “stop ittt" “I’m serious, I don’t know how I’ve gotten so lucky to have you in my life" “can we be exclusive, please, I don’t want to ever lose you" “Charli, I am more then welcome to be exclusive with you. I’ll wait until whenever you’re ready to be more, and from here and forever, I will stay by you’re side, no matter what" “Thank you so much, I’ll always be here too, always and forever". The night goes on, before I get tired, ready to go to the hotel. “I’m tired" “same, want to go now?” “yes please” “okay, you can go say bye to you’re friends". I walk to them, they start to squeel. “so!! Tell usss! What happened?!?!” “we started to talk about valentines day and we both apologized, and then we kissed, and now we’re exclusive” I give a big smile “OH MY GOD! IT’S FINALLY HAPPENED! MADI OUR SHIP SAILED!” “OH MY GOD YESSS" “yeah, yeah, but I’m tired. He’s going to buy us a hotel, so I’ll see you guys tomorrow?” “see you tomorrow Char! Congratulations on getting you’re mans" “see ya Char!” “thank you, and bye guys, I’ll talk to you guys when I get there”.

Chase pov
We reached our hotel room, getting comfortable in bed. Our bodies cuddle up next to each other, feeling her warmth. I peck her lips and forehead, her head snuggling into my chest. “goodnight Chase, sweet dreams, thank you so much, for everything today, it was the best day ever" “sweet dreams Char, and thank you so much for tonight, it was the best day ever for me too". She pecks my lips, and with that, we both fall asleep, feeling safe, and comfortable.

Sorry the ending is so rushed, I have to do my hair so I have to rush the ending. Sorry this took so long to come out, I didn’t have much motivation to finish this two part oneshot, but now I did, and I’m proud of myselfJ.
