"I just got here—yeah I see you. Okay bye." I chuckle through the phone. Irving tucks his phone into his pocket from across the parking lot and begins walking towards me. "I haven't been here in so long" I mumble to Irving as we walk together towards the front door.

"Tell me about it..."

"Yeah but you never had sexual relations with your boss." I cringe at my words.

"I know." He chuckles. "You cheeky minx." He mocks Wilhelm's accent causing me to laugh out loud.

"There you two are." A familiar voice hisses at the two of us as we walk through the doors.

"Ms. Davis. Lovely as ever." I roll my eyes as she turns her back, walking towards the elevator. "How have you been?" I ask not really caring.

"Well after you left, Mr. Daine had me replace Mr. Anderson."

"Hm." I respond.

"Yeah... it's been nice. I kind of miss Anderson though. Mr. Daine really never told us why he left but I heard someone in the office falsely accused him of sexual harassment." She scoffs. "As if he'd actually—" she is interrupted when the elevator doors open and suddenly I feel 10x more uncomfortable than I did before. "Here we are... Lenora unfortunately you won't be receiving the same office you had a few months ago as it's currently occupied. But since you're also not working the same position as you were previously, Mr. Daine thought it right to give you an upgrade. Your office is actually right next to his."

"Awesome." I respond monotonously, dreading having to see Wilhelm after that night.

"You had an office while you were here?" Irving asks irritated.

"Irving... You're office will be right beside hers." Ms. Davis speaks up again. "You're familiar with the place, I'm sure you can find your way around. You should have some documents on your desk. If you need anything else then I'd recommend trying to figure it out. Good luck." She walks away and Irving and I turn to each other awkwardly.

"I guess we can just go to our office's now." Irving chuckles at Ms. Davis' attitude. The two of us make our way to our offices. As I attempt to pass Wilhelm's office without seeing him, his door swings open hitting me directly in the forehead.

"Ow!" I whine, hitting the floor.

"Ms. Dalsing, I'm so sorry." I feel a pair of arms lift me, standing me up on my feet. I look up rubbing my head and finally meet the eyes of Wilhelm Daine.

"It's cool. I'm fine."

"Are you sure?" He seems different.

"Yup."

"Great." He's acting professional. "Irving! How are you doing?" He laughs completely unprofessionally as he moves in to hug him.

So it's just with me then.

"I'm good." Irving chuckles back. "How's it been around here?" I ignore the two of them and enter my office. It's a lot bigger than the one before—twice as big at the very least. The left side of the room was a solid brick wall and the right side was a grand bookshelf taking up the entire wall.
