This chapter is for the most part strictly smut lmfao so if I know you then no I don't and fucking skip because this shit is kind of degrading.

Lenora Dalsing:

I exit the courthouse and make my way towards my car. I start the engine and text my neighbor that I am on my way home.

When I pull into the driveway I notice that Wilkes' car is here. Goren rushes out of the house across the street with a smile causing me to smile in return.

"Hi, Nora!"

"Hello, Goren." I raise an eyebrow at his excitement. "How was your day?" I chuckle.

"It was great! Me and Billy went and played in his tree house. He's really nice. How was your day?" He rushes his words.

"It was good. Exhausting but decent enough." I walk alongside him, holding his hand as we cross the street.

"Wilkes came over and asked where you kept your spare key. I told him it was under the fake stone by the door."

"What? Why would you do that?" I question.

"I dunno." he shrugs.

"Well don't tell anyone else you, dork." I open the door to my home and Goren runs off to the living room. "Are you hungry, Goren?"

"No!" I hear the television turn on following the sound of cartoons playing.

"Okay!" I call back. I walk to the restroom and begin removing the bobby-pins from my hair allowing my curls to fall below my shoulders. I run my fingers through my hair feeling the soreness of my scalp and exit the bathroom.

"Hey Goren, I was thinki—" I stop when entering the living room to see the small boy asleep on the couch. I smile and pull a blanket up to his shoulders, leaving the TV on for background noise before remembering Wilkes' car in the front.

I begin my search for him throughout my house. I start in the kitchen and work my way down until finally reaching my room. I slowly open the door to find an empty room. I take small steps inside until I feel someone wrap their arms around my waist from behind me. Knowing it's Wilkes I welcome his embrace.

"Hello... What brings you by?" I question.

"I needed to sort some things out. Where's Goren?" he hums into the crook of my neck.

"Hm... He fell asleep in the living room. What things do you need to sort out?"

"You." He grabs my waist, spinning me around to face him before waking me backwards. He shoves my shoulders causing me to fall back onto the bed.

His face seems pleased as he drags my chair that sits in the corner to the center of my room with one arm.

He removes his jacket following his cuff links, before rolling up his sleeves and sitting down on the chair facing me. He slouches into the chair lazily as he undoes the first two buttons of his shirt. Wilkes proceeds to spread his knees and rest his elbow on the arm rest allowing his thumb to fiddle with the rest of the fingers of his hand. His eyes looks over me, analyzing until I decide to speak up.

"What's going o—"

"Silence, Lenora."

"What are—"

"I'm still deciding what I want to do with you."

"What?" I ask confused.

"You're not going to roll your eyes at me and get away with it, Little One." He speaks up causing me to finally understand. "Especially when you were the one who so wrongly accused me of doing something without asking me first. If anything, that gives me the right to be frustrated with you. Am I correct?" He asks. I nod in response. "I didn't hear you."
