WARNING!

This chapter speak of more disturbing topics that i don't usually talk about.

This is probably a major trigger warning to do with death and rape.

If that makes you uncomfortable then I advise you not to read it.

"Dolion." I gasp.

"Yes, I know. Big surprise right?" He grins, stepping back to sit at Wilhelm's desk.

"No. I just feel stupid for not realizing it sooner."

"Well... You've never been that bright." He chuckles. "It's not a shock to me that you didn't figure it out."

My mind finally goes back to Wilhelm and I look over to see his nose still bleeding. His eyebrow is split open, as is his nose bridge along with a bruise both, below his eye and on his forehead.

"Hold on.." I stand and walk towards the desk.

"Hey, sit the fuck back down." Dolion hisses, pointing his gun back at me.

"Oh calm down." I roll my eyes, pissed off.

"Lenora." Wilhelm warns. I back down only because of him. I shut my mouth, smiling kindly at Dolion, before grabbing the box of tissues and walking back to Wilkes.

"Here." I pull a few tissues, holding them up to his nose. "Have you been with him all day?" He nods answering my question.

"Why are you here? You're supposed to be with Irving."

"Sh.." I hush not wanting to argue now.

"So cute... the little love birds." Dolion taunts.

"What do you want?" I hiss at him standing up.

"I want to get back at you." His face grows sharp as his pupils dilate turning his eyes black. "I want you to be sorry you left me. I want you to regret making a fool of me."

"I didn't do anything to you."

"But you did. And you allowed him to come between us. You allowed him to take you from me. But soon none of that will matter."

"Nothing you do matters to me." I dismiss. "You're wasting your time."

"You see you've never been one to care much for yourself. In fact there's nothing you really do care about except for Goren.." My stomach sinks and I think I'm going to hurl. "But I'm not a monster. Don't worry. I'd never hurt a child.

It wasn't until I noticed you started spending more time with him." he motions to Wilkes. "You cling to him more than you've ever clung to anyone. I watched as you slept in his bed—

You never stayed the night with me. And when I went to your house it was as if he moved in with you." I notice Wilhelm stand. He nears me, providing support and protection. "To hurt you, I have to hurt him." He raises his pistol above my shoulder, to Wilhelm's head.

"Wait!" I shout, moving myself in front of him.

"Lenora, don't." Wilhelm growls.

"Just shut up for a second!" I hiss at him. I turn my attention back to a smirking, Dolion. "How did you get here without anyone noticing?"

"Right." He drops his arm, holding the gun. "Well, after I broke in, I searched through Wilhelm, here's computer for whatever information that could be of any use for me. I found both the security codes used throughout the building and the pin for his penthouse. Afterwards, I smashed the computer and doused the place in blood as a distraction. I was able to get in here before anyone else did."
