Author's POV:

When arriving at Irving's home, Lenora found herself more comfortable sharing the spare bedroom with Wilhelm rather than being separated from him. It was then decided when going to retrieve necessities from both Lenora and Wilkes' home, it would be better for Irving and Wilhelm to go together.

Wilhelm stuck to his plan of making sure Lenora stayed home while he and Irving went to the office every day. In an attempt to keep herself from worrying, Lenora did everything possible to stay busy.

Having only been a few days since the incident at the office, no information was found about as to who or why whoever did what they did. Lenora texted Irving everyday while he was at work, doing her best not to bother Wilhelm.

When they got home she spent the rest of her day, in the living room with the both of them. Wilhelm grew more stressed as the days passed and the worry on his face couldn't be any more clear.

The tension between everyone remained obvious. They had all been expecting— waiting for something more to come. But it never came. Nothing happened. It was as if the past month hadn't existed. As if there had been no torment directed towards Wilhelm. As if life was simple and normal.

Yet nothing about the way the three of them felt was even close to normal.

Lenora Dalsing:

"Hey.." I speak softly, walking into the room with a towel wrapped around my body. Wilhelm is sitting on the edge of the grey comforter covering the guest bed, sighing as he removes his tie.

"Hi.." He responds, looking up to smile at me.

"Did you just get back?"

"Yes."

"How are you feeling?" I ask closing the door behind me.

"I don't really know." He looks stressed. I walk over, standing in front of him. I place my hands on his shoulders and massage them gently as I sink to my knees in front of him.

"I'm sorry." I mumble, hugging him against me.

"There's nothing you should be sorry about, Nora." He embraces me in his arms.

"I know... I just. I feel so useless right now." I mumble into his chest. "Do you think I could come back to work yet?"

"I don't know if that's a good idea yet. The workload is pretty dim anyway. There'd hardly be much for you to do there." I nod my head in understanding. I lean my face up to him and kiss his lips.

He tilts his head, opening his mouth, allowing my tongue inside. I pull my mouth away from his and his and trail down his neck, unbuttoning his shirt as I go. He reaches his hand to the back of my head and runs his fingers through my hair, massaging my scalp.

I grab his knees, forcing them open as I settle myself between his thighs. I slide my hand up and massage his groin, feeling him harden further under my touch. His head falls back as he lets out a whimper.

I feel the heat between my thighs grow as I reach up and tug as his bottom lip with my teeth. My fingers work to unbutton his pants and I adjust his boxer-briefs to reveal his length. I spit on his tip and use my hand to spread it around. He lets out a sharp moan.

"Oh, Lenora..."

I stand, releasing him from my hand as I reach up and let my towel fall to the floor. I crawl onto his lap and lower myself onto him.
