"Merlins beard why wont it just stay?" I was standing on the compartments seat, attempting to pack my things away so they wouldn't fall down. The case was so close to being packed away but it kept rolling off the shelf. "Need a hand there?" Longer arms come up from behind me and tuck away the trunk. "Thanks" With a huff I take a seat. "Funny how that only happens to you" Sirius states as he takes a seat by the window. "The train hates me, I swear it does!" I fall back next to him, annoyed that I couldn't do it myself. Stupid train wouldn't let me. "I'm sure it doesn't" James walks in, Peter and Remus following behind him.
"Whatever you say Prongs" It wasn't long before the train left. I watched as the scenery changed from the city to the grassy green hills. I had missed Hogwarts and all of the fun we all have. "I can't wait for the feast, it's always a great start to the new year" All that I could think about now was the amazing roasts, the cakes, everything. The house elves are such amazing cooks, I've always been tempted to sneak down to the kitchens sometimes. The Hufflepuffs are lucky to have a common room so close. "If you're hungry the trolley ladies are just outside" Remus mutters. "But then I won't have room in my stomach for dinner" We began to discuss the feast, which led onto other topics. Like when the next full moon was and how the map was looking, I must say. They really outdid themselves. The map was beautiful. "Oh and Elsie we forgot to show you" James pulls out the map and sets it on his lap. "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" He chants, opening the map to reveal their nicknames. What I hadn't noticed before was that the letters had shifted. Changing into the shape of a deer, dog, wolf, rat and... Fox? They included me? "We couldn't leave you out, you did find most of the passage ways" The sketch was simple but I loved it. "It'll only change if we are with the map, we wanted it to be something special to us" I can't believe it, after all that effort... It's amazing. "Thank you guys, I love it!" I bring them all into a hug. "What would we do without our fifth marauder?" James jokes.
When the skies were getting dark and the sun slowly drifted behind the hills, I could feel my eyes droop. "Sleepy?" I look to Sirius who had been nibbling on a chocolate frog. Peter had fallen asleep and was leaning against the window, while Remus and James were discussing Quidditch. Though I feel Remus was not overly interested in the conversation. "I'll be fine" I yawn. I would love a nap, but I don't want to. I've never felt comfortable sleeping on the train. "Come here" He pulls me closer to him and wraps an arm around me. "Just sleep, Wormys already doing it. I'll wake you up when we get there" He rubbed my arm gently. "Alright" I let my eyes close, trusting him. "Aren't you sweet Padfoot" I could hear James joke. "Unlike you Prongs"
Sirius kept his word, when we got there I was well rested and hungry. The great hall was full of food and amazing smells from said food. Knowing there was food waiting there to be eaten just made me hungrier. "Calm down Vixen. We are all hungry" Prongs scolds but I waved him off. "You guys ate on the train, there's no way you guys are as hungry as me" I began to fill my plate with anything I could get my hands on. "Maybe we should just leave her to it then, she seems to have a plan" Moony jokes. "Will you have room for dessert?" I glare at Prongs. "What kind of question is that? Of course I will!" There is always room for dessert, the feast isn't complete without it. The house elves really out do themselves each year. "She is starting to remind me of you Prongs before a match" We all eye off Moony. "Full of rage?" We all started laughing. Sure, I'd love to see Prongs full of rage. It'd be quite a sight. "Sure Moony, I'm just full of rage"

"It's been a week, a week and you already have detention" Moony mutters as we leave the Transfiguration classroom. "Oh come on Moony, it was funny!" Padfoot and Prongs follow behind us with large grins plastered on their face. "Putting a pigs snout on Snape was far from funny" Moony continued to scold them as we made our way to DADA. As funny as it looked, we have N.E.W.Ts this year and I would like to take classes more seriously. "Prongs and I will serve our duties well! It was worth it!" I sigh. If Lily found out she wouldn't be happy. "Was it really? What do you think Lily thought of the incident?" Prongs frowned a little, realising that she was in fact there as it happened. "I mean it James, if you want her attention then you gotta stop doing this" The rest of the journey was quiet, though I could hear Padfoot crack a few jokes to Prongs and Wormy. When we got to the classroom I took my seat at the back with Remus and opened my text books.
