'My—my daughter is pregnant?' 

Gaian's heart nearly shattered when he heard the confession, and it made his entire body tremble with rage and guilt.

In his madness, his breath quickened. As the rage in his heart soars, he feels compelled to destroy everything. 'Who dares to touch my daughter and impregnate her?!'

As his head filled with rage, he wanted to end the unknown bastard sleeping inside his daughter's womb. 

With furious eyes, he approached Haidee. His hands were about to grab his daughter's, but he felt his body being pushed away.

"Your majesty! What are you trying to do?!" Shamelessly Medeia asked, as cold shivered falls from her temple. Now, she was standing to shield Haidee who already passed fainted from the sickness.

"Go away!" Gaian shouted furiously. He grabbed Medeia's collar and throw her away from his sight.

Medeia tried to intervene, but the Gaian's grip was too firm for her. As she was thrown against the hard-wooden wall, she felt her body numb and possibly broken. 

Even though tonight was the first night she felt physical pain since arriving in the Romulus Kingdom, she still tried to rush to stop Gaian from hurting Haidee. But her body was already in unbearable pain as a result of the furious powerful throw. The wound from Liam's sword is also causing Medeia's body to worsen.

'Ah, my body starts working on its own whenever I sense Haidee and the baby are in danger!'

Maybe it was the will of Den Tribe that made Medeia to overcome her pain, as she managed to hooked her leg around the man and slammed him to the hard floor. Quickly, Medeia tried to reach her dagger and try to wound Gaian but Gaian was faster and stronger than her.

The difference in their bodies, finally gave advantages to Gaian. Gaian choked Medeia with his left hand, and his right hand was about to punch Medeia!

His hyacinth blues eyes have darkened furiously, as if he intends to kill Medeia right away with one strong blow!

Aware that she will be in great pain if she got hit by the furious blow, Medeia immediately thought of another excuse to stop the monster from hitting her.

"If you kill me now, there's no guarantee that the Demon will not stop cursing the Eldest Princess again. My action today was because the demon-possessed me but I managed to overcome the demon. I acted shamelessly because i want those High-ranking nobles to set their eyes on me, rather than noticing about her situation. We don't want them to find out, right?" 

The emerald eyes glowed with rage and regret. She is aware that her confession would result in the death of her child, and she wishes for the other party to bear responsibility rather than her own hands killing it. However, the force of Den's trait overtakes her when she moves her body to defend the mother and baby.

The unexpected claim from Medeia eventually brings Gaian back to his senses. Slowly, his hands releasing Medeia from his firm grips. 

Medeia had fallen down again after she was released from Gaian's hands. She burned with humiliation as she sighed in relief since she had escaped near death. Though she knows that if Gaian finds out that his precious daughter is married to her, she will be humiliated like that again. If she is still weaker than Gaian by the time he finds out about it, she may end up losing her life!
