Jade looks to both of you, her emotions near breaking point. You don't feel any guilt for what you've done, and neither does Missy.

"Why do you have to be like this?" The redhead asks, a tear slipping from one eye. She immediately wipes it away, looking at her sleeve.

"In human terms, we've been lied to, our entire species has. In return, we're going to burn the planet. Care to join?" You ask, holding out a hand as you walk halfway up the red steps.

"No!" She shouts, looking defeated. You let her be, knowing there's no where she can run.

Missy pouts, following you up the steps. Behind the doors of the Matrix Chamber she pulls two thick black rings from her blouse, placing one on your finger.

"Squeeze it." She says.

You do, allowing a massive wave of fire to emit from your hand.

"Very impressive." You smile.

"I do my best." She softly says, walking by your side down the hall. You remember these halls, they haven't changed in the thousands of years since you were first created. The two of you push apart the second most elegant doors in the Citadel.

Inside is the High Council of Gallifrey, all of them seated around a large ornate table. You take an immediate distaste to their costumes. You never liked the elaborate headpieces or the elegant robes. They're awfully inconvenient for running.

The moment you take another step forward several guns are aimed right at your hearts. At a glance you know they'll inflict immediate regeneration, if you're lucky. Another two guards pull your hands behind your back, clipping on cuffs.

"Who are you? How did you enter the Citadel?" The oh-so-great Lord President demands, rising from his chair.

However strong the binds are, they don't stop you from summoning your sonic knife. The blade cuts right through them, but you don't let them fall. Let the fools underestimate you, it makes the killing more fun.

"I'm Missy, this is Darkness. You really need to work on your hospitality." Missy tuts. You notice her hands are equally as free.

"I haven't seen you in a long time." Rassilion glares you down. "And you aren't welcome on Gallifrey anymore. You shouldn't have been able to land your TARDIS in the Citadel."

"Haven't you learned yet? I'm oh-so-clever, your petty security settings aren't going to stop me." Missy sweetly retorts.

"You know the consequences of defying our laws are immediate execution and imprisonment."

"Oh dear." You sarcastically say, dropping the cuffs with a clatter on the floor.

"Open fi-" Before he can finish the command you've struck him down, along with each of the guards. It didn't take all of five seconds. You really haven't lost your touch.

Before they've hit the ground Missy has set the room ablaze, the two of you leaving while standing tall. You shut the doors behind you to contain their screams of pointless regeneration after regeneration.

You're able to hear her footsteps before you see her, all hurried yet tentative, as if she's scared. What you don't expect is the gun she wavers between the two of you. It must've come from the guard's body.

"Jade, dearest, you don't even know how to work that." You say, making certain your voice wavers.

"You're even worse than the Doctor when it comes to keeping your pets in line." Missy mutters, just quiet enough so you can hear. She makes no show of being intimidated.
