"I'll get the spider." You instantly volunteer. It's an easy escape.

"No, I'm not letting you out of my sight." The Doctor warns. You cross your eyes, letting out a disapproving huff.

"I'm not getting near the spider." Jack puts his hands up. The Doctor turns to Graham and Ryan.

"You've got to be kidding me." Graham sighs.

"Nope." She shakes her head, going through a cabinet and handing Ryan a pot and lid.

"The largest one." Jade adds.

"Right." Ryan nods, leaving the kitchen.

"Now, hotel plans. Yaz's mum?" The Doctor turns to her.

"They would be in his office." She looks to Jack.

"Which I have the key to." He reminds her. You can tell this'll be a power struggle.

"Lead the way, then." She turns to Najia, who warily does.

"I have the key, she doesn't." Jack reminds her.

"Don't need a key." She answers. That gets him to follow, along with you and Yaz.

"You are not breaking into my office!" In his very dreary (and dimly lit) office, he pulls out the plans on the desk. "That can't be accurate. It doesn't even have my panic room marked on it." He frowns.

"Any issues with spiders before today, Najia, here or at home?" The blonde asks.

"My home?"

"One of your neighbors had a spider problem. The link between both places is you."

"And she's dead." You quietly remark, getting a slightly taken aback look.

"I knew it." Robertson glares, "And I'm going to litigate you until your last breath, Nadia."

"It's Najia. And I've done nothing." She insists.

"Are you sure?" The Doctor asks.

"Sorry, but who are you? How'd you know my daughter? Why haven't I met you before?" She questions, seeming more confused than anything else. It really isn't the aura of someone who'd grow and set loose giant spiders.

"Not now." Yaz whispers.

"Yes, now. It's not a difficult question." Najia insists.

"It is a bit of a long answer." The Doctor notes.

"Well, I've got time."

"But I haven't. Not right now." The blonde shakes her head, flipping through the plans.

"Are you two seeing each other?"

Both of their heads shoot up, one of horror, one of confusion. You conceal a laugh.

"I don't think so." The Doctor looks at Yaz. "Are we?"

Yaz hesitates before answering. "We're friends."

"Hmm." She looks back to the blueprints.

"I owe the Doctor my life, quite a few times over." Yaz says with a tad of admiration.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Please can we not have this conversation now?" She pleads, "And not in front of him, or her."

"Oh, I'm enjoying this." Jack nods.

"I second that, please continue." You agree.

"How long did it take you to build this hotel?" The Doctor asks.
