You gently lie each of the roses on the floor surrounding the counsel. The Tenctrama thrive on death. It's time for test number two of the pet. You quickly run up to the balcony and grab two sleep patches, this will be far too easy.

You briskly walk past Jade, easily slipping a patch onto her hand, then yours. The ability to control simple minds has become quite easy for you over the countless years, manipulating her dream state is like child's play.

You hold your sonic switchblade at the ready to absorb the energy.

You need somewhere threatening, a reality that will bring alive a human's worst nightmare. What better than the concept of helplessness?

"What... what's happening?" Jade looks over the teetering edge of the cliff, the bottom nowhere in sight. Dark, cool clouds thunder just overhead. If you were to stick a hand up, you could touch them.

"Piloting error, my mistake." You casually say, joining her on the edge. "Oh, the bottomless pit." You remark, kicking a rock down.

"Why can't I move?" She looks at her feet, a dark vomit-colored slime wrapping around her legs. "What is that?" She exclaims, her complexion turning more pale than normal.

"Definitely a piloting mistake. It's a deadly snake, don't let it bite you." You carelessly warn. The snake head appears with long, sharp fangs at your thought.

At your mental command, it bites her. She twists and tumbles backwards, falling with a silent scream. You wave goodbye and pull your patch off.

Back in reality Jade is deathly pale, every inch of her shaking on the ground. Curled up like that she appears so helpless. You tut at the patch of blood on her jeans, likely from falling over so hard. The witches require energy to reform, and there's nothing stronger than the energy of fear. Besides, no one had to (literally) die.

You take your switchblade and pull a few specks of blood into it. One by one you place microscopic specks on each rose. With only one death, and not a real one, their life forms will be extremely unstable. The Tenctrama witches will be completely at your mercy.

Just the way you like it.

You rip the sleeping patch of Jade's hand, turning to watch the roses. They wither and crumple, disappearing into ashes. The ashes begin to grow, exploding into a light bright enough to blind a human. It reminds you of the human myth of the Pheonix.

"What-I just-what?" The redhead looks to you.

"Humans are a very pitiful race. Honestly, you can't even tell the difference between a dream and reality." You mock. "Where was the TARDIS? Where were your memories of takeoff? How did the snake come out of nowhere? And to top it off, I'm the best pilot out there - I don't make errors. It wouldn't hurt to use your brain for once."

"Sorry." She frowns, then smiles. "At least I'm not actually dead."

You look straight ahead, not responding. The witches explode with a final burst of light, showing very ugly, very old women. Their hair and rags of clothing are grey and tattered, making them appear to be zombies.

"What is the meaning of this?" One looks directly to you. You tuck the switchblade away.

"First, you're very welcome." You smile, walking around them. "Second, you're going to assist me on a little task or you can become pitiful roses once more. Third, any attempt at backstabbing or desertion will result in immediate execution." You grandly say, making sure to stand tall.

You only get one first impression, one chance to show domination. Use it without withdraws.

"What makes you think we'll obey? We are the Tenctrama Sisters, no one-" The same one as before hisses.
