A New Beginning

One year and new Wings

It's been a month and I invited Mr.Judo to the safehouse, he told me he was very impressed with my powers on the wall. I gave him a tour and once we got to the backyard he said, "Now lets train here for your fury." I was really surprised because we barely covered my telepathy last week. "Okay then lets do this, what do I do." I said eagerly.

He replied, "I want you to combine each power by having two one hand, and two on the other hand and put both hands together and combine all four." I was actually really surprised on hoe easy it was, "Piece of cake," I put anger and sadness in one hand which made it a light purple, in the other I put happines and fear which made this brownish color.

When I tried to combine both hands I noticed they were puching apart like two magnets pushing apart. The moment they touched I couldn't keep them in and the powers made a big burst that sent me flying several feet backwards, "Talk about backfire," I said sarcastically. I stood back up and tried again, and again, and again until I was too tired forusing my powers.

After several hours I was able to keep my powers together for a little longer, "Wow Alex, this took me weeks to be able to get where your at and it only took you a few hours, go and rest we will practice tommorow." he said proudly. I went to the kitchen and made myself a sandwich with ham, cheese, mayo, tomato and lettuce.

After I ate I went home to rest for the first day of school in seventh grade. After school like everyday I would walk home with Jak, Kat, and Janice to my house for lunch. It's been a while since I remembered the first day of seventh grade since it was five years ago. Now when I do the fury I don't need my hands, the four powers combine at the same time abd turn bright yellow.

My skin would get this fire like glow and a yellow aura, my eyes would turn bright red, I was in school and it's my fourth year. It has been great ever since my first day, I still live with my dad won't be alone. I have a nice yellow mustang with two purple stripes on the front going to the back, since there Janice's favorite color. I don't train with Mr.Judo because he decided to go and train other monsters so they don't use it for evil.

I have seen the little girl I met in second grow into a beautiful lady, same with Jak and Kat, all of us have turned into successful people. Since everyone dosen't have a car yet I'm there ride since the high school is pretty far from our homes. It was my birthday today and I barely turned eighteen, when I got out of bed I could barely stand from my aching back. When I went to the kitchen I started to feel even more pain that I could barely endure.

I saw Jak come from the kitchen and he had a scaredface when he saw me, I went tp the restroom and took off my shirt. I looked at my back and I saw white on my shoulder blades. Right before I was about to scream in pain I felt a relief of pain and felt something new. As if I grew a new body part, before I passed out from the pain, I had a glimpse of something made of feathers and glowing with a yellow aura.

I saw the door open and Jak and my dad standing in astonishment, the next thing I knew I woke up in bed on my stomach. When I got up I went to the restroom and washed my face, on the corner I saw the mirror and two white wings. I stared at them for a long while. I moved them back and forth flapping them slowly. They were the softest thing I have ever felt.

I walked in the kitchen and I saw every one there including Janice, before any one saw me I stepped back and tried to think How do I hide these things can I put them away, I concentrated on the muceles and slowly felt them shrink painlessly back in my shoulder blades. I could still tell they were there but just folded up and smaller. When I entered the kitchen I heard everyone yell, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALEX!!" I completely forgot about it with the whole new wings.

After we ate the cake I thought to my self when I looked at Janice, Wait if both of our moms are angels and I obviously got them from her, does this mean when Janice turns eighteen she willget wings too? Well that means I'm gonna have to tell her the truth sooner or later. Well I guess I got one year till that happens.
