A New Beginning

Battle Part 1

I saw Janice and her mother chained together and in the center of the room with their mouths tied shut. I dropped my sword and went over to help break the chains, I started breaking the chains and said, "Hi, nice to meet you Mrs.Cane sorry for meeting up like this but I'm getting you both out." As I was breaking the chains Janice's mom was staring right at me like she was looking at a ghost or something.

Janice was also struggling to take off the cloth preventing her from talking, I took off the cloth and asked, "What, what's wro-" she quickly interrupted and shouted, "Behind you!" I turned around and before I knew it I was kicked to the other side of the room. I looked up and Daemontrias was hiding in a corner. How did Tyler not see him?

I didn't have time to think so I stood up and said, "Let them both go." The door opened and Tyler, Charlie, and Mr.Cane came in while Daemontrias backed up to a corner completely surrounded. Daemontrias stood in a fighting stance as if ready to take us all on, I walked in front of everyone so I could stand face to face with Daemontrias, "It's over we win, you lose. You can't take us all on.

Daemontrias reached into his suit jacket and pulled out a control with a button on it. "Oh? I don't mean to fight all of you because you're gonna be busy." I looked at Janice who was being freed by her dad. I looked back at Daemontrias, "Busy with what?"

He pushed the button and said, "Saving yourselves." The floor cracked open and we all started falling into this huge portal under us. The light in the portal started getting brighter until we were blinded, I hit the ground and I stood up and saw we were in another world where everything was rock but under was pure lava.

I stood up and looked around, and everyone was on the floor too but soon got up, Mr.Cane continued to break the chains on Janice and her mother. "Daemontrias what is this place!?" I yelled at him because he was on the other side of the rock we were on which seemed like a mile in diameter, "Oh this place, it was originally for your sister and her mother after I was done with them. This was built for their disposal, an entire world of rock islands and an ocean of lava. If the lava doesn't kill them then starving will, but I guess this could be our battlefield too. Don't wanna destroy my home I worked so hard for."

I looked behind me and I saw my sword, I grabbed it and turned to Daemontrias and pointed my sword at him "Daemontrias this is no longer a fight to save the world from you, now this is between you me and Janice!" I held my sword and my armour started forming all around me, but this time it was different. I felt stronger, calm like I didn't have to worry about anything.

"DAEMONTRIAS YOU LOSE!" I ran towards him and he held out his hand like he thought he could stop me. As I reached him his hand hardly slowed me down, once he realized that something was wrong that grin on his face dissapeard. I felt not invincible but hopeful like the sword was telling me 'You can do it.'

I punched Daemontrias and sent him flying several meters back he was still standing since he managed to block it with his other hand. Daemontrias dusted himself off and grinned again, "Finally a real fight. COME AT ME ALEX!"

*Janice's perspective

I saw Daemontrias and Alex fighting and kicking while the other always dodging it. They were evenly matched, "Dad Hurry up and break the chains." This time the chains were even thicker than the ones mom had on and this time we were in so many layers of chain it was like we were buried in tar and it was so tight we could barely move.

I starred at the chains waiting until they were loose enough to break, I could see Daemontrias and Alex fighting like it was a Dragon Ball Z fight. Every punch got stronger and stronger while Daemontrias was getting stronger as well. Finally the chains broke off and I stood up and ran towards the fight.

*Alex's perspective

As we were fighting while there were no signs of us getting weaker, I noticed Janice running towards us. Daemontrias hit me puching me back 10 meters, he looked back and noticed Janice was coming. He punched the floor spliting the entire rock in two, "Oh no you don't Janice, you'll get your turn after I'm done with your brother here."

The rocks started drifting apart untill we were a good distance from the other rock that it would be impossible for someone else to jump over here and help out. As I saw Janice she got her wings and jumped over the edge of there rock and started flying towards where me and Daemontrias were.

Daemontrias stepped back as Janice landed next to me, "Hey bro, can I help." I kept starring at Daemontrias to see if and when he would attack, "Yea of course, the more the merrier. But you'll need your bow to be strong enough to fight him." She looked around and it looked like her weapon wasn't here.

"Alex I don't have it, it must be in the mansion somewhere." once she finished her sentence Daemontrias came at me and I stopped him before he could get to Janice. "Janice when I got my sword it was like it had a part of me inside giving me the feeling like I could do this, your bow must be the same, try and search for that feeling. I'll give you time but make sure to hurry.

Daemontrias pushed me back but I kept him busy, I threw a punch at him and he punched back and both of our fists stopped the other with a loud bang after just from the very power. Every time I attacked and he blocked there was always a loud bang from two strong forces stopping the other. Janice I'm matched up with Daemontrias, you're the only one who can brake this fight up from being evenly strengthed.

*Kat's perspective

"Annnndd, there now he's not going anywhere." Me and Jak just tied up Luke, Mr.young just returned. Jak stood up after tying Luke to a statue. "Did you find her?" Mr.Young stopped to catch his breath, "No, I looked through the entire house and she gone."

I stood up and stretched my back since I was on my knees the entire time tying up Luke, "Well I guess we-" *THUMP* We all turned to a room that was just in front of us, we opened the door and it was Janice's bow in a glass case shaking around like a fly in a box. "Hey Jak, Mr.Young look. Janice's bow in in here, it's alive or something."

Jak took a look at the glass bow, "It looks like it's trying to get out. Should we open it?"

"Well Yea, it's Janice's bow we need to bring it to her." Jak opened the box and the bow shot up and flew to the basement. "Well I think the bow already thought of that.

*Janice's perspective

I closed my eyes and tried to feel the bow, after a few seconds I felt something. Like I was drawn to it as if it was a piece of me, That has to be the bow. I felt the bow getting closer and closer, I opened my eyes and looked up. The portal that brought us here was still there and my bow shot out and the tip of the bow pierced the ground so it stood up. I grabbed it and the armour was on me instantly, I aimed my bow and shot at Daemonrtias hitting him in the shoulder. The bow was so strong it pushed him back making him fall on his side.

He stood up and looked at the arrow lodged in his shoulder, "Well, that was a surprise. Good aim." He grabbed the arrow and yanked it off his arm as he grunted from the pain. The arrow dissapeared and Daemontrias was holding his shoulder to try and stop the bleeding so he could heal. I pulled back my arrow and aimed at Daemontrias while Alex was taking a breather, "You okay Alex."

"Yea,you could've warned me you were gonna shoot."

"No, then Daemontrias would have noticed."

"Good point." Daemontrias started healing and let go of his arm,the wound started closing up and Daemontrias started stretching his arm. "You know that shot really hurt. You were lucky you got that shot on me trust me, you won't hit me next time."

"I would like to bet that." I looked at Alex and said, "Hey try and get me another opening." Alex nodded agreeing with me. Daemonrtias started to use telekinesis to lift a bunch of boulders around him, "Now this is getting exciting."
