A New Beginning

I guess you got two years then

It's been like twenty minutes and I can already hear the car parking outside and I gather everyone into the kitchen and I was so nervous I did like a attendance thing calling everyone's name. "Jak, Kat Charlie, Alex, wait that's me," Everybody was there and then I looked at Charlie and said, "Okay Charlie, Janice has never seen you before and has no idea about this whole phiere (fee-air) thing so can you please just introduce yourself kindly and don't try to sound weird."

He looks at me and nods and then we all just waited for the door, when she came in she looked around with a surprised look and just said, "Who is that" and was looking at Charlie. He stood up and took out his hand and I thought Alright so far so good then he introduced himself.

"Hi, my name is Charlie Nite and I'm a gate keeper" I face palmed and thought, What did I just say Janice made a face like she thought this was a joke or something. Janice sat down next to me and she asked me "Do you know what this is about" I slowly nodded and we started to explain the whole situation to her.

I spaced out a bit and a bit later I heard Janice say "You never told me what Alex is" and her dad said "I think he should tell you that" I took in a deep breath and told her everything I've been waiting to tell her ever since this all started.

After I said everything she just ran upstairs, her dad started going after her but I put my hand on his shoulder "Don't worry I'll go," I said calmly. He sat down on the couch in the other room , I went upstairs and I saw she went into my room and locked the door.

I unlocked it with my key and I saw she was on the balcony staring at the forest, I stood next to her and she said, "Hey Alex?" and I was a bit surprised that she sounded calm and I said "Yea sis." "Can you prove to me everything they were just saying" I laughed a bit thinking she would never asked.

I placed my hand on the balcony and grew vines wrapping around it I looked at her astonished face and smiled a bit. After a while of talking she asked me "What happens if I die trying to kill Daemontrias when I'm twenty" and I knew it won't happen and said sarcastically "Well then I guess you got two years to live." I decided to give er a tour and showed her to her room which was right next to mine and it looked like she loved it.

I showed her the secret training room which was from the elevator in the bookcase, and the first thing she saw were the weapons in the box I forgot to put away so she wouldn't see. I showed her the basement too and told her we should start training. When we were getting to the training yard and I set up the table and placed a cup on top of it just like how I trained.

"Okay Janice, I want you to close your eyes and imagine with your mind, the cup on the table lifting up." Now she did lift something and it was impresive that she did it effortlessly, but then I snapped back to reality and realized she was lifting the table and Jak who was a few feet away from the table.

"Whoah, Janice stop!" as much as I wanted to see Jak freaking out in mid air, he's my friend and I didn't want to be mean. Janice opened her eyes and droped Jak and he fell right on hit butt and you can hear Charlie dying of laughter and then we all did the same. It was training so were gonna have to work on her consentration so she can lift specific objects.
