I know I already posted Ch. 5 today, but I have the next couple of chapters just waiting to be read. PRESENTING CHAPTER 6!
"You are in...the Opal Winglet!" Fatespeaker said cheerfully. She continued, "Your sleeping cave is in the first tunnel, fifth cave to the left!" Nova nodded and smiled, "Thanks." Following Fatespeaker's directions, she went to her sleeping cave. There were four ledges mounted against the wall. I'll have to share a cave with three other dragonets! She sighed and sat down on a ledge. I wonder how Mother's doing, she thought. Maybe I could explore the school a bit. She got up, and walked around. The neighboring cave had 3 ledges. She noticed signs above the pair of caves that said "Opal Winglet". She walked out of the tunnel, and the first thing she noticed was the library. The big, wonderful, quiet library... she thought blissfully. She walked in, and started looking for scrolls. She saw a desk where a Nightwing with a blindfold over his eyes was organizing a shelf. "H-hello? I'm looking for a scroll..." she said quietly. His ears pricked, and he turned around. He smiled in her direction. "Hello, I'm Starflight, the librarian. Who might you be?" Nova replied, "I'm Nova. Fatespeaker said you and her lived in the Nightwing village." Starflight smiled again, "Nice to meet you, Nova. What kind of scroll are you looking for? A history scroll? A scroll about scavengers?" Nova took a deep breath and said, "I'm looking for a scroll about...animus magic."
Oooh, cliffhanger.
