An Icewing had come, as well as a Seawing. She asked, "Is this the Opal Winglet?" Nova nodded, and the Icewing smiled and said, "Thanks." The two went to get dinner, and came back with food. Everyone was silent for a minute, but then the Mudwing said, "I'm Everest, and this is my best friend, Angelfish." The Seawing added, "But please call me Angel." Hurricane smiled and said, "I'm Hurricane and this is Amber." Leopard grinned and said, "I'm Leopard, and this is my friend, Nova." Nova looked up and waved. Friend? Does he really think of me like that? I've never had a friend before... she was started out of her thoughts by a loud crash. Everyone in the hall went quiet. "Watch where you're going, squidbrain!" A voice hissed. Another voice, this one nervous and quivering, whispered, "I-I'm sorry...I-I didn't m-mean to! I-I'll be more c-careful next t-time." This was followed with a yelp of pain. She turned around, bewildered. A large, mean-looking Sandwing was standing over a meek-looking Seawing. Next to them was a mess of food. The Seawing, still on the floor, tried backing away, but the Sandwing pointed his tail at him, and he froze. "Where do you think you're going? You're going to pay for what you did." He reached back to hit the Seawing, but then...

uh oh...conflict.
