Serval's POV

Serval had to clench his jaw to mask his shock. He had noticed Darkstalker's silver teardrop scales, and started filling his head with random thoughts. Cows, lizards, moon-blasted frog spit, art, sunlight, sand, Nova- He blushed, and Darkstalker smirked at him. Nova saved him from the awkward moment by saying, "We're new here. Could you maybe show us around?" Clearsight looked at them thoughtfully. "I didn't see either of you in my visions. I wonder why." Nova feigned mock surprise, "Oh, you're a seer?" Clearsight nodded. "That's really cool." Serval said. Darkstalker nudged Clearsight, "Let's show Moonstone and...Blackout where to go." Nova was looking worriedly from Darkstalker to Serval. Serval forced a smile, "Can you give us a moment? We'll catch up." Darkstalker looked suspiciously at him, but smiled. "Of course." He and Clearsight walked down the hall. As soon as they were out of sight, Nova reached to the pouch on her neck and opened it. Inside was a glowing, orange stone. Skyfire. Serval's eyes widened, "Is that..." Nova nodded, "My mother gave it to me." She took it out, and snapped the stone in half. She gave one of the pieces to him. "How are you going to keep this, though? I don't have a bag for you." He thought for a moment. "Maybe another ring?" Nova nodded, "I'll make it look slightly different though. I don't want you taking off the wrong one!" She concentrated on the stone and said, "I enchant this piece of skyfire to turn into a silver ring that will have the same abilities as skyfire, and is only removable by Serval the Sandwing." The skyfire then turned into a small, silver ring. Serval slipped it on and looked at his talon. "I don't feel any different, which is good." Nova smiled, "Let's go. Darkstalker's probably getting suspicious." The two ran, and caught up to Clearsight and Darkstalker.

Sorry for the wait! I'm going to try to finish this story before January 10, because...well, I'll be leaving Wattpad. Not by choice. Long story short, I'm getting locked out of my Gmail and January 10 is the last day, unless I can fix it before then. Fingers crossed :(
