"You're going to what?!" Serval yelped. "Relax, it'll only be until we're back in our own timeline." Serval groaned, "But I'll be useless as a Nightwing!" Nova thought for a moment, "I'll make you stronger than the average dragon, but not so much that dragons will get suspicious." Serval yielded, "Ok, I'll take that." Nova smiled, "Good." she continued, "We have another thing to take care of: fake names. I'll be, let's see... Moonstone." Serval said, "That's a really pretty name. So is Nova." He said, blushing. "My name could be...um, I don't know much about Nightwing names." he said sheepishly. "Blackout." Nova said quietly. Serval wrinkled his snout in confusion, "What?" "Blackout is...was...my father's name." Nova sniffed sadly. "Oh...I'm sorry." Serval replied. Nova blinked fast, "It's ok." Serval gave her a small smile, and said, "I feel kind of honored you want me to use your dad's name." Nova giggled, "Well, he was important to me, and you are too..." Serval smiled. Nova picked up the hourglass again, "Let's do this." Serval nodded. "Ready when you are. I'm by your side." He held her talon in his own. Nova smiled shyly, "Thank you..." Then she took a deep breath. "I enchant this artifact to take me to Darkstalker's time, and to take me back to my timeline if my life is in immediate danger." The buzzing sensation came back, and then everything started to disappear.
