Happy Turkey Day
The two were flying silently, and nothing out of the ordinary was happening. Serval broke the silence, "We're probably going to be in trouble when we get back." Nova laughed, "Yeah..." She thought Should I tell him about the dream? He knows who Cobra is. It's risky, but... She was distracted from her thoughts by Serval. "Nova? You ok?" Nova blinked, "Yea, I just zoned out for a second there." Serval smirked, "I can see that." Nova rolled her eyes and nudged him, "Oh, shut up." He just laughed, and Nova couldn't help but join in. After a minute or two, Nova took a deep breath and said, "I hate to ruin the moment, but I have something to ask you..." Serval looked concerned, "What is it?" Nova mumbled, "What do you know about Cobra?" Serval's eyes widened, and he looked away fast. Nova said, "I'm sorry! I shouldn't have asked! I'm really sorry..." Serval looked back at her, and replied, "It's ok. You wouldn't have asked if you didn't have a good reason," he paused. "So what's your reason?" Nova quickly muttered. "I was dreamvisited by Cobra..." Serval's jaw dropped. "You what?! What did she say? Did she make any threats? Did she-" He was cut off by Nova putting a talon to his mouth. "She said...well...I..." she stuttered. Serval looked a little disappointed, but said, "It's ok. You don't need to tell me if you don't want to." Nova replied, "It's not that...it's just...you know what?" Serval asked, "What?" Nova looked at him. "I have something to tell our winglet." Serval looked confused, but didn't press further. "Ok. Then let's get back soon." The two flew silently again until they finally got to school.
