Me and Liyah are heading back to college today and I honestly was dreading it. This week flew by, and I actually had so much fun.

Janiyah had got dropped off at the house since she had rode down here with us, and Omari was getting ready to go back with jr.

"We'll be up there next week." Jr told Janiyah and she nodded

Even though she was leaving me was happy that jr snapped into reality and started treating her how she deserved. It was selfish for me to even be mad in the first place because at the end of the day ther was all I really wanted for them.

Living on my own shouldn't be a problem as long as I get approved to do so, if not the most ther I would have to do is go apartment hunting and move somewhere that I can have a single lease.

My ma came downstairs with London in her arms who was rubbing her eyes.

"Did you just wake up ?" I asked before taking her and she nodded

"Chick-fil-A?" She asked and I smacked my teeth

"Girl." Liyah chuckled

"Ma what happened?" Jr asked before furrowing his eyebrows and feeling the scratch on her face

"Rough night." She waved off and he squinted his eyes

"Rough like what ?" Liyah asked and she rolled her eyes

"Rough like my business." She told us

"You know what... Ima ask Zay." I said before putting London down and she smacked her teeth

"Why yall in my business ?" She chuckled as everyone trailed behind me causing her to groan loudly

"What happened ?" Jr asked and he looked at my man who shook her head.

"Y'all like to react like me and I don't want my situation fucking up a bond, I'm good it's over." My ma said and I sighed before hearing a knock at the door

"I got it." Liyah sighed before going downstairs

All of us except for my ma followed Liyah and she opened the door to my daddy, Brian, and Ari. Ari had a few bags in her hand, so she asked in before handing one each to us.

"Awe what's this ?" I asked

"Just little care packages, I tried to slip some za in there but y'all's daddy was being a bitch like always-

"Daddy !" London interrupted before running around the corner and he swooped her up into s hug

"Y'all got everything ?" He asked before pulling us into a hug and we nodded

After a while my ma came back downstairs before crossing her arms and my daddy cleared his throat

"Matter of fact since you here, what happened last night ?" Jr asked and he sighed

"Assumptions." He mumbled and my ma raised her eyebrows

"London baby go upstairs and put something on so we can go get breakfast." My ma told her and she ran upstairs
