I looked over at Braxton and Simone who were fully engaged into the sermon.

I slightly looked back at the doors that had opened and surprisingly Zay came in and sat beside Braxton before sapping him up.

He looked sobered up, clean, and ready to focus, almost like he was a whole other person from last night.

After the service I continued talking to Simone while I watched London run around at the playground area with the other kids.

Interrupting out conversation Zay came over before hugging Simone

"Only if you bring her back tearless." Simone told him before squinting her eyes at him and he raised his pinky before she interlocked it and lightly laughed before hugging me

"Call me girl." She told me before elapsing away and j raised my eyebrows at Zay

"Thank you." He started before sticking his hands in his pockets

"What happened ?" I asked causing him to furrow his eyebrows

"You're not a heavy drinker at all, what was going on ?" I asked before he sighed

"Kay they're threatening to throw me on the stand with y'all if I don't testify against Kash." He said before I cleared my throat

"How is that bad ? They have no evidence against him and all you have to say is you don't know anything." I said

"And lie under oath ? Kay if they link me in after that I go down with y'all." He said causing me to sigh

He cleared his throat before turning my towards the playground area where London was running around

"If I had too, Kash yes, and I damn sure hope that you don't have shit to do with this." He said before London ran over Causing Zay to Neal down and hug her
