Me, Ary, Shawn, Janiyah, Anna, Amari, and Malik all sat around doing what felt like hourssss of homework.

We all broke my classes into sections as we worked on getting caught up. I groaned loudly before laying down but Ary pulled me back up

"This is why you're where you are now." She mumbled causing me to smack my teeth

"This is a lot." I sighed

"Well we're leaving in the morning so we need to finish as much as we can." Ary said before I sighed again and continued working.

"See this right here is why I didn't go to college, you better hope yo teacher grade on participation." Amari said before I smacked my teeth

"At least im here unlike some nigglets, where that nigga Daivon at ? He can shoot a stick for you but not a couple of assignments ?" He asked before everybody but me busted out laughing

"Never should you be this blunt." Anna laughed

"He didn't lie though, where is he?" Janiyah asked

"Something went down yesterday, I told him but he didn't text back so." I shrugged

"Damn, sorry girl." Anna said before I shrugged

After a few more hours we all ended up getting everything turned in and caught up before I sighed in relief

"Celebration ? Drinks on me ?" I asked before Ary tilted her head

"And cranberry juice.." I smiled before she laughed

"I'm tired anyways, y'all go." She said

"And I have to catch a flight back in a few hours." Shawn replied

"I'm helping jr train for his match tomorrow." Janiyah sighed

"And you know I'm down for a drink, but this shit here drained me, but I'm saving my free drinks card so don't forget the offer." Amari chuckled

After everyone left I went on my phone to search up some places
