"We should have a family day soon, just the three of us ?" Liyah asked me and Anna nodded

"Hell, I'm down " Anna said

"Depends, im getting ready
To pick up a bunch of hours cause I've been slacking with work." I said

"Well let's just go ahead and schedule a day"Liyah said and I looked off to the side

"D you don't wanna do it just say that." Anna lightly laughed

"It's not even that, I just want a FULL check, so my off days will literally be only occupied with track." I explained and Liyah looked at Anna

"Y'all always do that.." I mumbled

"Do what ary ?" Anna sighed

"That.. I don't know, y'all vibes be off and that's weird.. y'all suppose to be my family." I said and Liyah furrowed her eyebrows

"I'm not meaning to give you a vibe, you know I love you, you just.. over prioritize." She said and I raised my eyebrows

"Oh." I said before looking down

I got up from Liyah's bed and she sighed before grabbing me lightly

"Not even like that, I just want you to loosen a bit.." she said and I rolled my eyes before leaving.

"I really just want a apartment" Anna said

"what's the point ? College is around the corner." Liyah said

"What if we all got one together ?" Anna asked and I damn near choked

"Liyah ? Okay but the three of us are odnt not work out hell no, daddy and ma wouldn't let us get a apartment anyways."I said and Liyah shrugged

"I mean y'all will be eighteen so it's not their decision.." Anna said

"Basically if they're paying for tuition, a car, housing, and since we'll basically be on their credit ? Yeah it is.." I said

"I mean a apartment wouldn't be bad sis." Liyah said and I shook my head

"You can attempt that conversation, I'm straight." I said

"Girl I mean of course not freshman year, we don't even know if we're going to the same colleges yet, but have y'all seen kyree ?" Liyah asked and I shook my head

"Don't you have a class with him?" Anna asked

"Yeah he wasn't here, I don't know.."

"So wassup with y'all ?" Anna asked and Liyah shrugged

"We're just friends." She said and we both raised our eyebrows

Not gonna lie, it was weird seeing Liyah with someone other then Marcus and I didn't expect it, but I'm glad she's happy at least.

I saw Shawn come into the cafeteria and when we made eye contact he dapped the people up that he was with before walking over

"What you doing after school ?" He asked before sitting beside me and I turned towards him

"Practice, you ?" I asked

"You think yo people would let you come over for a while?" He asked and I twisted my mouth to the side
