"So Your Bestie seems Nice." Levi decided to joke around with me after us walking for five minutes in silence.

Scoffing at his comment I put my head down. "Yeah... I don't Know why he's acting Like that." I shrugged biting the corner of my lip.

"Seems to me He's a Little over protective of you."

Raising my left eyebrow to him I looked up at his tall frame, squinting my eyes in the sun.

"Noo... He Just doesn't warm up to people easily, an he knows what Ive been through so." I spoke effortlessly without realizing I said to much.

"You been through a lot or some?" Levi looked down at me sympathetically.

"Oh- I didn't- not like that at least." I stumbled over my words looking forward.
"So You stay with your mom?" I tried to quickly change the subject.

"Nah, Just me an My Pops. He got a good job offer from some contracting company here so we just up an left overnight." He nodded slowly looking ahead also.

"You ain't wanna move here or some?"I asked him.

"Not really, I had a life back a home, friends, a relationship ..." he trailed off sucking his teeth. "But, My dad Works hard an I respect that, plus Not like I really had any say so."

"Oh..." I trailed off. "So your relationship ended?"

"Yeah, they didn't want a Long distance relationship. What About you? You fuck with anyone?"

"Eh." I shrugged biting my lip. "Not really I use to but he just wasn't who I thought he was."

"Uhmm, so thats what you meant by your comment before." He nodded slowly.

"Yeah-." I paused for a second. "Men are different." I spoke thinking about Saint an How he was acting like leaving Grace was so Hard, what was holding him back if he says he been wanted to be with me?

"Wait a minute you're not talking about that nigga we just saw?" He asked me with his brow raised.

Thinking on if I should speak about that, I decided against it pulling my lips to the side. "Nah, thats Like my Brother- our mothers are like sisters so we grew up together."

"Ohh I see, but he definitely has feelings for you." Levi smiled in response.

"What makes you say that?" I laughed biting my lip nervously.

"You saw The Death glare he gave me?"

"You saw his Girlfriend!" I returned back laughing.

"Girl... A Girlfriend don't mean shit - take my word for it." Levi laughed.

Getting to the cross roads Levi smiled at me. "Im actually glad we met... my day was kinda boring before last block."

Chuckling at his statement I shrugged. "Ion know why Your ass decided to bother me... but you pretty chill - Guess Ill See you tomorrow?"
