"Mahi Bhai!", A very sweeet voice interrupted our laugh. Mahi Bhai turned around and there she was. That angel. She was even more pretty now. And she had a big smile on her place. She was peeking from inside the door but now she came out.
Still in Rishab's POV:
"Hogayi baat.", She said to Mahi Bhai and gave him his phone. What was she doing with Mahi Bhai's phone. And this is the first time we have ever seen her. Is she really Mahi Bhai's sister?
"Hi!", She turned towards me and said hi. I was too lost in her beauty to respond. And the cherry on the top she was looking at me with her beautiful smile. I just kept looking at her like an idiot.
"Rishab she said hi.", Mahi Bhai's voice brought me out of my lala land.
"Oh haan. Hey!", I smiled at her and she smiled back.
"What did she say? Ziva se baat hui?", Mahi bhai asked her. Who is she?
"She is so sweet Mahi Bhai. And ziva was sleeping. She said ki she doesn't have any friends in Ranchi, to I'm her newest neighbour friend. And we promised to visit each other's place.", She said. And she was too excited. Her eyes were glittering with happiness. They were talking about Sakshi Bhabhi I understood.
"Chalo. Jab I promised to call you you didn't believe!", Mahi bhai said rolling his eyes.
"Arey nahi baba. Now you both are family.", She said and squeezed mahi bhai's arms.
"Rishab ko kuch nai samajh aaraha hoga!", Mahi bhai brought me in the convo and they both smiled at me.
"Meet Mahira. She is my newest sister.", Mahi bhai said making her laugh. And oh, that laugh. And also, that's such a sweet name. Mahira.
"Hey Mahira.", I said looking at her like a love sick fool. But I had to advert my gaze because mahi bhai was also there.
"Aur ye hai-", Mahi bhai began introducing me but she cut him off.
"Arey I know him baba. Hello Rishab.", She said and extended her hand for a handshake.
I hesitated for a bit but clasped my fingers with hers eventually and it felt like a high voltage current has been introduced in my body. Her hands were so soft and fragile looking. By the time I was processing my thoughts, she withdrew her hand away. And she was still smiling at me.
"Actually I wanted to meet all of you as well. Not only you all, I want to meet every player from every team.", She said very cutely like a small kid.
"Come with me. I'll introduce you to everyone.", I said taking it as an opportunity, but deepak idiot chahar interrupted us.
"Abhi to humari fan thi.", He came and wrapped his hands around my doll's shoulder.
"Arey baba. CSK is my favourite team. But overall Cricket ki bhi to fan hoon na. Sabse milna hai!", She said looking at deepak with serious expressions.
"Tum pareshan karoge ise?", Mahi bhai eyed deepak. Well done mahi bhai.
"Kidding baba. Come inside na.", Deepak said calling her inside. She hesitated a bit as I just offered her to come with me and I understood that she didn't wanted to say no to me.
"Actually wo....", She began but Mahi Bhai cut her off.
"Mahira, you can go with Rishab to meet everyone. No problem.", Mahi bhai said touching her shoulders.
"You all are here na? I'll be back soon. I want to spend more and more time with you all. I will meet them some other day achhe se, abhi just introduction.", She said looking at Mahi Bhai.
"We're here. Go.", Mahi bhai said. And in that moment I wanted to hug him so bad. My best Mahi Bhai. I love him so much.
"Chalein?", She asked me with glittering eyes.
"Oh haan. Aao.", I said and asked her to come with me. And believe me, I wanted that walk from CSK dressing room to our dressing room to last forever.
"Tum kaha rehti ho?", I asked her.
"For now, Mumbai. Waise my hometown is Jamshedpur. I'm working in Mumbai.", She said with the smile never leaving her face.
"That's why you're a neighbour to him!", I said now connecting the dots. And she laughed.
"Yes!".
"So are you like his sister or something?", I was genuinely curious. How did someone I've seen for the first become so frank with my friends.
"Actually, I'm a part of BCCI'S management team. So main match dekhne unke sath aayi hoon. Par since I'm a CSK fan I saw the match from CSK's side. And then Saurav Ganguly sir introduced me to them all, and now they all are my brothers and friends.", She said, happiness radiating on her face. She seriously looks like a doll.
"Oh so you just met them?"
"Yeah. But aisa lag nahi raha. They are all so nice.", She said and i could feel that she was very happy.
"Who is your favourite cricketer?", I asked her rubbing the back of my neck and she chuckled.
" I like everyone, can't choose. Mahi Bhai, Sonu bhai, Shardul, Ek ek ke naam kaise loon abhi.", She said with a shy smile.
"Aur main?", I asked her raising my eyebrows at her and she giggled.
"Tum bhi bohot achhe ho. Bas CSK ke against achhi batting mat karna. Fir main pray karungi ki tumhara international career bohot achha ho, aur tum world ke best cricketer bano. Bas CSK ke againsts score mat karna.", She said like a small child and I widened my eyes. But she was smiling so much. I knew she meant it in pure sarcasm. How cute.
"Haww, aise you can't pray? Mujhe CSK ke against kharab perform karna hoga?", I said and she looked in the other direction with a wide grin on her face.
"Aise bhi karungi baba. Lekin agar waise karoge to fir bilkul dil se pray karungi.", She said keeping her hands infront of her heart.
I thought she was only pretty but now I know how cute and adorable her personality is.
"Let's see in the next match!", I said and was about to open the door of our dressing room.
"Rishab!", She said and held my hand for nano second and my heartbeat paced up even in that milli second touch . But before I could process it she withdrew her hand, and stopped me from opening it.
I asked her what happened.
"They all must be relaxing na, it'll feel so awkward.", She said, she was shying away now. But I knew that no one is relaxing.
"No baba. No one would be relaxing. Come on no problem, agar waisa hota to main tumhe abhi nahi aane bolta.", I said and encouraged her to come with me.
She was walking behind me and we both went inside.
