Aao mere against khelo.", Deepak said with proud eyes and I went. Seriously, I outwitted him in every aspect, I played way better than him.
"Dare you underestimate my sister!", Jaddu bhai said wrapping an arm around my shoulder. I stuck out my tongue at him and he gave me the pokemon smile.
"Come!", Mahi bhai said and asked me to play against him, I started sweating but didn't want to say no, you don't get opportunities like these everyday, ab cricket to I can't play with him, ye hi sahi.
He was so so good at it too, the cork hardly fell to the ground, we both played so well.
"I wish I could play cricket with you too.", I said when we were tired of playing and sitting in the cold grass, Rutu was also there with us, with nidhyana in his lap.
"You can.", He said with the calmest face.
"I don't even know how to hold a bat.", I whined
"Are who is telling you to bat baba? Tum bowling karna jo ki tumse wo bhi nahi hoga, aur fir mahi bhai har ball pe six marenge, tum bhi dekh kar khush, hum sab bhi khush, happy ending.", Rutu said and I laughed, so did Mahi Bhai.
"Abhi main bolta to mujhse ladai karti, aur mahi bhai bhi mujhe daat dete.", Deepak whined from a nearby bench
"Ufff! Mera whiny little kid.", Mahi bhai said and deepak smiled at him.
"We'll miss you so much Mahira.", Rutu said and I looked at him with a nod, couldn't say anything
"Main to bol raha hoon ruk jao, this time as a part of our team family.", Deepak jumped on the grass and said.
"You'll also miss me?", I asked him with squinted eyes
"Who am I gonna fight with then?", He said very cutely.
"That won't be possible deepak, and seriously I have not seen my family in months, I'll be going there.", I said and he nodded.
"Sakshi se mil lena, she gets really bored all alone in Ranchi", mahi bhai said and I looked at him with admiration.
"I have never thought about getting married bhai, but if I think what type of man I want, even if he has half of your qualities and attributes, I'll be a happy wife.", I said and he pulled my cheeks adoringly.
"My baby sister is too young to get married now. And I wish that who so ever will be yoyr husband, will be thousand times better than me.", He said.
"Bhai you're the best.", I said,shifting closer and wrapping my arms around his torso, he hugged me back too.
"So I get to approve your husband right?", He said with a chuckled and I laughed too
"Ofcourse bhai, you know in our family it's a tradition that when brides are walking down the isle, her brothers hold that piece of cloth and are there with her on all four sides. I want you all to be there with me.", I said referring to all three of them- rutu, deepak and mahi bhai.
"And, and, I'll never marry someone that you don't like.", I said to mahi bhai and he planted a kiss on my forehead.
"Han and you know, you'll be wearing heels on that day na, so main tumhe gira dunga when you'll be walking down the isle, bilkul historic scene ban jayega fir.", Deepak said and mahi bhai punched him lightly.
"I just cut your name from the list.", I said to him and he rolled his eyes.
"Aur main kyuki sabse young hoon aur tumhara friend hoon, to main to 'mere yaar ki shaadi hai' pe dance karunga.", Rutu said and we all laughed
