Mahira's POV:
Next morning I came back to Mumbai and the pre production work for PBKS vs RR match was going on in the office.
I was looking through the stats and we had to present a rough analysis of how we think the match will go. Our prediction were in favour of PBKS.

Evening:
We were there in the staidum and PBKS were about to bat first tonight. The match started and so did KL Rahul, he did a tremendous job and scored 91 huge runs for his team , Deepak hooda and chris gayle also contributed. And they made a humongous score of 221.
RR batting came. And again,the newest Captain Sanju Samson was killing it, and succeeded in scoring the first century of this IPL. He received a standing ovation from all of us as well. But wasn't able to win the match. They stopped at 217 and RR lost the match.
We straightaway headed inside and started wrapping up the post production work. All of the work was over and so was the post match production. We were just wrappingup the last bits when KL Rahul came in to meet Saurav sir , we all smiled at him as he passed by and he went straight to him and started talking
They spoke for a considerable amount of time and by now we were all done with our work.
"You won't meet him?", Saurav sir asked me.
"I was a little busy sir!", I replied chuckling.
"I have seen you!" , Rahul said, and I wasn't surprised.
"Where?", I asked him.
"Deepak posted a picture with you on his Whatsapp story. Didn't he?", He said.
"Yes yes!", I replied smiling. He did post a picture with me that night with the caption 'welcome to our CSK family'
"She is a part of our management team!", Saurav sir introduced me to him.
"Mahira!", I gave my hand for a handshake.
"Rahul.", He shook my hand and smiled.
"I know."
"So do you know Deepak pehle se or?", He was saying something but I cut him off.
"No no!", And I explained him everything.
"Oh right, so CSK is your favourite?", He asked me.
"Hmm!", I said with a shy smile.
"Our next match is against CSK.", He replied with a smirk.
"Oh I know. I'll be there in the stands to cheer for my team.", I replied proudly. And he started laughing.
"All the best to you too.", I said to him.
"Yeah yeah, now you are saying this just for formality. I know you don't mean it, you want CSK to win.", He said. And it was the truth.
" I mean haan I want CSK to win. But I can wish you luck right, it wasn't just for one match.", I rolled my eyes at him. He was a really friendly person
"Chalo justified.", He said making me laugh.
"Mahira, let's go!", Kritika my friend called me. Our cars have arrived.
"Nice meeting you Rahul. I'll see you soon.", I said to him picking up my bag.
"Yes, see you on you-know-when.", He said and both of us started laughing. I waved him goodbye and went.
