Rishab's POV:
"Chalo.", I said and prithvi went.
"Kya hua?", I asked Mahira who seemed lost but then followed me with a shake of her head in no.
We walked out and oh, virat bhai wasn't alone, he was with The AB De Villiers.
"You okay now rishu?", Virat bhai asked with a smile.
"Yes bhai.", I replied.
"See you to didn't come so I brought him only.", Virat bhai said to her and she smiled.
"Thanks bhai, love you fo this.", She said to him and walked up to them.
"Mahira meet AB, AB meet Mahira. She is my sister.", Virat bhai introduced them to each other and I could see her happiness.
"Big fan!", She said giving him a salute.
"Thankyou!", He said looking down, he is a little shy like that. But I noticed virat bhai glaring at me. I asked 'kya' very slowly and he called me outside through glances.
"Kya hua bhai?", I asked stepping out with him.
"Aana!", He said and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. We both began walking around the stadium.
"Rishu, what's going on between Mahira and you?", He asked me with a smirk. How did he know?
"Nothing bhai, kya hua?", I was a little scared.
"Pehle toh, I saw the way you were staring at her. The way I stare at nushkie. Second, wo bohot jaldi me kahi ja rahi thi I asked her where, she said Rishab se milne, aur, tum dono kya kar rahe the akele abhi?", He said all of it with a smile.
"Bhai, she came to meet me because I was sad and wo hi andar we were talking", i tried to reason out.
"Okay! And how you're gonna explain the way you look at her?", He said and I didn't know what to say.
"Bhai I really like her a lot. I love her, to be precise.", I said and he stopped walking, idk why I said that but I had to rant it out to someone and so I did. Virat bhai was just looking at me for a few seconds and then pulled me in a hug.
"Itna bada hogaya tu haan.", He said hugging me and I was so relieved that he didn't scold me.
"Bhai main kya karoon ab, it's like I'm head over heels for her since the moment I laid my eyes on her.", I said backing off.
"Bilkul samajh raha hoon main Rishab. And I'm so proud of your choice.", He said and I was beyond happy now.
"But I don't think wo mujhe waise pasand karti hai.", I said, because I genuinely don't think she feels for me romantically.
"Hmmmm....... See you can't force feelings, if you are meant to be together you will be. Just be yourself and let her fall for you. Don't make things obvious abhi se. Let the sparks ignite gradually. Warna she may think in a way and force her feelings.", He explained me a much needed explanation.
"Do you think she will like me?", I asked him
"I know she will love you.", He said and I was on cloud nine.
"Bhai par...... ", I started saying something but her voice interrupted us.
"Vee bhai. Rishu. Aaplog yahan ho. Sab kab se aap dono ko dhund rahe hai.", She said and walked to us.
"Han chalo.",virat bhai said and we all walked inside. It was also time for us to leave.
"Fir milte hai chutki hai na?", Virat bhai ruffled her hair and she scrunched her nose.
"Chutki nahi please.", She said and everyone laughed.
"Thik hai dekhte hain!", Virat bhai said in a taunting way.
"Main baad me aap logon se baat karungi abhi everyone is calling me.", She said and went, her team mates were calling her non stop.
"Bye",we all waved her goodbye and she left. I would've dropped her to her car but unfortunately she is in Ahmedabad and she is leaving with her team, even in the same hotel I'll not disturb her tonight as she has to leave for Delhi tomorrow. And I don't want people to assume things about us.
