CSK vs MI:
Mahira's POV:
I was with my CSK team and it was official that we would be leaving within two to three days. I was sitting in the stands with bhabhi and nidhyana as usual, probably one of my last matches before leaving, I was staying with my CSK family as usual. The match seemed too easy for CSK as MI's top order collapsed, but eventually things took a turn and MI won, I wasn't sad obviously, we were still table toppers, and a lot of MI players are also my really good friends so I was happy for them. It was after the match and I was in MI's dressing room to tell them about my departure. I had told them about my news of leaving and they were all very supportive.
"See, if that's how you are gonna be safe then so be it. Health is everything.", Ro bhai said and I nodded my head
"But I'll miss you so much.", Samaira, who was on my lap chirped and I planted a kiss on her forehead
"I'll see you again soon.", I said and she grinned.
"We all will also miss your cheerful face so much.", Nats bhabhi said and hugged me
"I'll video call after every match.", I said and she chuckled
"And send us a lot of pictures from your hometown and your life. We have a group on whatsapp, all the wives and girlfriends of the indian cricket team, and we all chat a lot there.", Rits bhabhi said and I raised my eyebrow
"I don't qualify the criteria bhabhi.", I said and she laughed.
"Arey I know , it's just, you're also our family now na, so our sister can be there. You're a part of our inner circle now.", She said with a wink and I nodded. She added me to a group called 'Chin up, queens.'
"Creative name.", I said and laughed.
"Hai na? It was Sakshi's idea.", Rits bhabhi said and I laughed.
"Mute the notifications mahira, they literally talk there all day.", Rohit bhai said and bhabhi glared at him
"That's how us girls are. We love staying in touch and lifting each others spirits all the time.", I said and bhabhi gave me a proud look.
"Bhabhi, I haven't met a lot of people on this group but, I don't even know a few.", I said
"We'll have a proper introduction session with you don't worry.", Sanjana said.
The rest of my time with them was spent in these quirky interesting talks and we had a fun night. I was back at my hotel room now, I was staying with csk fam.
After freshing up, I opened my phone, whatsapp firstly

Just like that we spoke to each other for long and they were all so welcoming and friendly. I made a really good bond with Anushka bhabhi also. But, a notification broke my chatting session.

Now, that wasn't my concern, that follow request reminded me of rishu, who I promised to talk to after coming back from work. Shit. How could I forget. He must've slept by now, but I still tried my luck and called him, to my surprise, he did pick it up.
"Hello!", He said in the sleepiest voice and I felt so bad disturbing him
"Rishu! Sorry. So jao. We'll talk tomorrow.", I said in the calmest voice, that would not disturb him
"No no, it's okay, I was waiting for your call only.", He said making me regret even more. Such an idiot I am.
"I'm so sorry, main bhul gayi thi.", I said, I just couldn't lie to him
"Koi baat nahi, you were tired. Happens.", He said. Everytime I am amazed at how nice can he be.
"Rishu you know shreyas followed me on IG. Does he know me?" , My over enthusiastic ass ended up asking him that.
"Yes. I told him about you, he wanted to talk to you, but main bhul gaya tha when you were here and now you're gone. So I just told him your IG. Is there any problem?", He said in a breath.
"No no. I was just curious.", I said and he hummed.
"Dinner?", He asked me. Fortunately I had eaten today.
"Yeah. You know as soon as I reached hotel they brought me food in my room, that too my favourite things.", I told him and heard him laugh on the other end.
"What?",
"How was my surprise?", He said and I gasped.
"You did that? From Ahmedabad?", I asked him.
"Yes. Just a call. Ik you always skip dinner.", He said and I was so shocked and surprised and overwhelmed at his efforts.
"Rishu I don't know what to say. You've just been beyond good to me you know.", I said.
"Don't mind that, that's my way of expressing love for people who are important to me?", He said making me blush.
"So I am important?", I cross questioned.
"Yes. Very important.", He said in a stern voice.
"You too rishab, our friendship to me was so unexpected, but as they say, the best things happen unexpectedly.", I spoke my heart
"Same. I never expected to meet such a wonderful human like that. But I did and here we are.", He said.
"Yeah, here we are, you pampering me so much, and me doing nothing.", I actually felt ashamed of me
"Chill. You have done enough, you just don't realise it. That's how good people are.", He said, why does he has to be so sweet?
I have never felt like this before
"You're just overhyping me again.", I said.
"That's the truth."
can't argue with you.", I accepted my defeat.
"When are you leaving?", He asked me.
"Day after tomorrow maybe.", I said and he hummed.
"How was today?",
"Amazing, you know rits bhabhi added me to a group where all of them are, we had so much fun talking.", I told him. I love discussing my day with him.
"Wow.", He said fully charged up.
"Aren't you sleepy now?", I asked.him
"I was, now I am not.", He said. My call is to be blamed.
"You should sleep, I'll call you tomorrow morning.", I said. He really needs to rest.
"Promise?", He asked like a kid.
"Promise.", I said.
"Good night."
