Next day:
Rishab's POV:
I woke up at around 9 am and went downstairs, mahira was still asleep and mummy was in the kitchen.
"Good morning.", I said and she noticed me with a smile.
"Good morning, where is my daughter?", She asked me.
"I think she is still asleep.", I said and she sighed.
"Utha do na use.", She said and I nodded going back up. The door of her room wasn't locked.
"Mahira.", I said softly and peeped through the door, she was actually in the state of deep dream of peace. She was sleeping hugging a huge teddy bear, oh how I wished to be in that teddy's place. She was looking very cute like that and I didn't want to disturb her at all. I went and sat on the edge of the bed. She might have noticed the sink and shuffled a little bit, eventually opening her eyes.
"Good morning.", I said and she hid her face in the blanket.
"What?", I asked.
"I'm looking like shit Rishab.", She said and I laughed.
"You are looking very cute.", I said keeping a hand on the part of blanket near her face trying to remove it.
"I hate liars Rishab.", She said and I chuckled.
"Then you're gonna hate yourself only because you look like a doll rn.",i said.
"Hayee rishab jao na.", She said and I got up. Fine, if she wants me to go, I'll happily do that.
"Fine. Your mom is calling you for breakfast.", I said before leaving.
"I'll be there in 10 minutes.", She said.
Time skip:
All three of us were having breakfast together now, mahira's phone started ringing.
"Kaun hai?", Mummy asked her.
"Alia.", She said and picked up the call.
"Yes. Sure.", She spoke to her in one word answers.
"Kya hua?", Mummy asked her .
"She is coming in an hour.", Mahira said excitedly.
"Ye dono mil gayi na rishab. Tumhe pagal kar degi.", Mummy said to me making me laugh. Little did she know main already pagal ho chuka hoon.
"We'll go out rishab okay?", She turned to me with the brightest smile and I nodded.
"Actually, I have a plan", she said, her grin turning wider.
"Why not we invite sakshi bhabhi and mahi bhai tomorrow, and go to, no that's gonna be a surprise.", She squealed in the most excited manner.
"Mujhe to bata de.", Mummy asked her.
"Later.", She winked at her mother. I was so confused as I hardly know any place here but super excited to meet sakshi bhabhi and mahi bhai.
"Good idea.", I said and she nodded happily.
After breakfast she even called bhai and told them to come tomorrow, they agreed, and oh, tomorrow is also Alia's birthday.
"What did mahi bhai say?", I asked her.
"He was like, what? Are you and Rishab such good friends now? And he was super happy, they agreed to come.", She said, I've never seen her this happy.
"Mahiraaa!", I loud voice interrupted our chatting session, a girl, maybe in her early twenties, came running towards her and hugged her. I know who she is.
