I was sitting in my flat and still processing the events of the day. I later had a team meeting with all of the directors and they gave me instructions and told me all the do's and don'ts. And tomorrow I gotta meet the BOD and executives of BCCI. Including Sourav Ganguly. And I'm freaking out.
I don't know how I will be around him. I hope I don't commit mistakes. People see me as this very professional perfect girl. But when I am alone with myself , even I have my share of nervousness. And till date I've successfully coped up with it and done everything with confidence. That's exactly why I'm in the position that I am now. And I hope it goes well tomorrow also.
I spoke to my parents and told them everything. I even told them that I'll be going around India for two months and they were very cool with that. They know there daughter is one smart and tough girl.
Next Day:
So today I have a meeting with BCCI officials and Sourav Ganguly and to say that I am excited would be an understatement. Can't wait to meet him, I have to go to their headquarters at Mumbai all alone. No one from my office is accompanying me. And I'm perfectly fine with it. I get my share of confidence at being alone only where I can start as I want to. Not being judged and people around don't have a conception of me in their minds.

I rubbed my palms and got out of the car, walking towards the entrance the gates had AIs so they opened on their own. I walked inside with confidence illuminating from within me.
"Excuse me?", I walked up to the receptionist and took of my sunglasses.
"Yes.", She answered with a very kind smile. Poor people. They have to smile at everyone no matter how pissed they are.
"Mahira Singhania here. I have an interview appointment with-", I was mid way of completing my sentence when she interrupted me in between.
"Oh I know. 2nd floor. They are looking forward to meeting you.", She said and gave me a pass kind of thing.
"Thankyou", I said.
"You are most welcome ma'am have a nice day.", I reciprocated her smile and walked with the pass I don't know exactly what to do with.
The elevator took me to 2nd floor and straight infront of me I could see a gate which first I tried to push but it didn't open. That's when I saw a sensor kind of machine I saw at the right. Oh, that's where I had to stick the pass for verification.
I put it there and it scanned for a second, the door opened and revealed a big hall with a huge screen infront, the logo of BCCI was displayed in it. And three people sitting around a round table in the centre of the room. There were a lot of round tables across the room. But they were sitting on the one in the middle.
