Still in Rishabh's POV:
"Avengers! Assemble!", I said as I entered making everyone look at me. And she giggled from behind.
"Tune engagement karli?", Prithvi said with wide eyes and I glared at him. But I wish.....
"Guys she is Mahira, she works with BCCI. And she is a huge Cricket fan so she wanted to meet you all.", I said moving from infront of her. She waved at everyone.
"Hello Mahira!", Shiki bhai came and everyone came and greeted her. She looked delighted to meet everyone.
"Where did you meet her Rishab?", Ashwin asked me.
"Are wo actually, he came to visit Mahi Bhai, and wahan hi I met him. Right now.", She said before I could answer.
"You know Mahi Bhai?", Shiki paji asked her.
"Now I do. Aaj hi mili unse bhi.", She replied to them.
"You're so sweet Mahira, you're getting along so well with everyone.", Stoinis said and I hummed in response.
"You all are nicer!", She said.
"You know when Rishab came with you I genuinely thought that you are his girlfriend and he wanted to introduce you to us all.", Prithvi said making everyone laugh. She too giggled looking down and I kind of blushed but no one was looking at me. Gladly.
"You are too pretty to date this monkey Mahira. Don't worry!", Ashwin bhai said and she laughed. Everyone laughed. I just rolled my eyes at him. She looked at me with a heartfelt smile and I couldn't help but smile back at her.
"Yeah. But a cute monkey!", She backed me. And I was so much more intrigued by her personality now.
They all spoke to her for some time before she said that she has to go back to the CSK camp.
"It was so nice meeting you. Whenever you'll be present during DC's match, do visit us. Brings positivity!", Said axar and shikhar bhai patted her hair.
"Sure bhai. You all are so unbelievable nice.", She said so genuinely.
"Bye", everyone bid her goodbye.
"Chalo I'll walk you till there!", I said and she nodded. We both came out and very cool wind was blowing in the stadium. Her hair were all over her face. She looked even more pretty.
"Thankyou so much Rishab!", She said stopping mid way, and looked me into my eyes. The air still playing with her hair.
"No need Mahira,that was the least I could do for such a kind soul like you!", I said very genuinely.
She blushed and looked down before continuing to walk.
"This was such an unbelievably amazing day you know!", She said looking up in the sky.
I was just looking at her. Mesmerised beyond words.
"Indeed an amazing day!", I said and she looked at me and smiled.
"Oh yes, congratulations rishab. For winning the match!", She said head palming herself first as she forgot to congratulate me and later turned to me with s sheepish smile. She was thinking that I sais it's an amazing day because we won the match. Well Maybe. But it was more so because I met her.
"Thankyou!", I said and we had reached CSK's dressing room already.
"And Thankyou to you too.", She said turning to look at me and thanked me for introducing her to my team mates. I nodded.
"Bye. See you soon!", She said and she was about to open the door but I had to stop her.
"Mahira!", I said , my heartbeat pacing up.
