Billy let his blue eyes flutter open at the sound of a small clink, the tense muscles on his back starting to pinch the more he woke up. Groaning slightly, he shifted only to hear the noise again.

Flicking his gaze up, he saw you trying to grab your fork, yet unable to press your fingers tight enough together to hold it straight. "Babe." He muttered, feeling your body jolt as he realized he scared you by accident.

He sat up, popping and stretching his back that was definitely sore from sitting like that all night long. "You need to wake me up if you need help." He yawned, stretching his arms before he scooted the chair closer and picked up the fork, seeing the dejected look on your face.

"Princess, you'll get your strength back, it will just take a while."

You didn't respond, but the small frown on your face made his heart absolutely ache. "Here." He said, lifting your arm for you and helping you apply enough pressure with your fingers to hold the fork.

You watched as he guided your hand and arm to pile on some of the food, before bringing it to your mouth to eat. Though he was still helping you, it made you feel a bit less like an infant in a high-chair.

"Thank you." You smiled, seeing his eyes light up at the sound of your soft voice slowly returning. "I love you Billy." You said, making sure he had no doubts in his mind. The bright grin he gave you made your heart flutter, cheeks flushing with pink at his small chuckle.

"I love you too (Y/n)."

The boy continued to help you eat, feeding you bit by bit until the nurse walked into the room with a small bag. "Mr. Hargrove, these are some of your belongings they found in the wreckage." She handed him the bag and left the room with your empty tray, leaving you and Billy to look at the contents.

"Sit here." You motioned, glancing to the spot next to you. He smirked and did as told, laying next to you and crossing his legs so as to not bump yours. Feeling your head rest against his shoulder, his body relaxed, the position feeling so comforting as he dumped the contents of the bag on his lap.

It was his wallet, your cat keychain, a knife, lighter, and a few other knick knacks he had had in his car.

You didn't want to spoil the surprise, but Billy didn't even seem to reminisce about the car as he picked up his wallet and started looking through it. Your eyes widened as he quickly flapped through the slots, "Wait...go back."

Billy flushed, knowing what you were referring to as he pulled out two rather lewd photos of you that he had taken one night. "BILLY!" You screeched, feeling your face heat up with embarrassment knowing he kept those on him at all times. "What! Look how fucking pretty you are!"

"I'm naked!"

"Only in one of them!"

"I'm undressing in the other one and you can see stuff!!!" You protested.

Despite your upsetedness, you had to admit...it was kind of hot for him to keep those pictures on him at all times. He seemed to sense this as a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips, "I have the rest at my house...I keep them just in case."

"In case of what?"

"In case I am really desperate to see your smokin' bod but I can't."

Your heart instantly sunk as you thought of your leg- what if it looks gross? What if he hates it and doesn't think you're attractive anymore?

His lips pressed against your cheek, head nudging against yours as his hand slipped down to hold your own. "You're still beautiful. A little scratch won't change that." Your brows furrowed, "A little? My skin was literally ripped off of my leg." Billy shrugged and tilted your chin towards him before capturing you in a heavy kiss. When his tongue slipped past your lips you sighed, leaning against him as much as you could to take in his warmth.
