Isa lay in her bed as she screamed, the bones in Nik's hands literally breaking as she squeezed it.

"I am never sleeping with you again," she strained as Nik wiped her forehead with a cool cloth with his good hand.

"Let's not say things we don't mean, love."

"Oh, I mean it. I want a bloody divorce after this - OH GOD! AHH!" she yelled as she pushed harder.

"You're almost there Icy. I can see a head. Push!" Rebekah promised, the girl having specifically trained to be her sister's midwife and help her through this. And there would be no one they trusted more with the task. It had also saved them from having to find a midwife when Rebekah volunteered.

"Come on, love, you've got this,' Nik encouraged as Isa only squeezed his hand tighter.

"I can't Nik," she cried as she lay back on the pillows.

"Yes, you can. If you could endure Hope's birth, if you can endure Kol when he's overly intoxicated, this will be cake."

"Doesn't make it hurt any less - AHH!"

Isa collapsed, breathless as Nik kissed her temple and Rebekah wiped off the baby as it cried. Her hands were gentle as she wrapped it in blankets before walking over to the couple, Isa's lower half now covered as she lay exhausted.

"You have a beautiful baby boy," she announced with a soft smile before passing Isa the baby.

"Hey, little guy," she smiled as happy tears slid down her cheeks. "You are perfect and you are loved," she said as she placed a kiss to his tiny forehead. "Look what we did," she smiled at Nik who was also crying happy tears as he kissed his wife and Isa handed him his son to hold.

"Does he have a name?" Rebekah asked as she smiled at her brother and nephew.

Isa smiled, Nik off in his own world as he held his son and walked around the room. "We haven't picked a middle name, but if it was a boy, we wanted to call him Henrik."

Rebekah gaped as a tear slid down her face. "Truly?"

Isa nodded. "Truly."

The blonde smiled, the shirt she wore covered in blood and amniotic fluid, "Looks like Henrik came back to life to join our family as well."

"It would seem so," Isa said tiredly as Nik sat on his side of the bed, Henrik now with his bright green eyes open, his little wisps of hair the same dark blonde as his fathers', as well as the curve of his lips and the shape of his nose.

"No wonder why Isa's labour hurt so much, she was pushing a mini devil from her womb," Rebekah joked as she beheld his appearance and Isa smiled as Nik glared at her but he was smiling too as he handed Henrik back to his mother.

"You can come in now Kol," Isa said softly as she beamed at her son.

Not even waiting for Rebekah to open the door, Kol along with the rest of their entire family walked into Nik and Isa's bedroom, Isa finally getting her wish to have the baby in their bed surrounded by the people who loved them.

Nik smiled proudly as his family gathered around the bed, Katherine and Freya going instantly to their sister's side as she held the baby while Elijah, Marcel, Kol and Davina settled around the other side of the bed.

"Come here, Hope, Marcellus," Nik called to his daughter who took slow steps as she walked over with her brother, hand tight in his.

Nik scooped her up as she sat on the bed and Isa held Henrik to that Hope could see his face.

"Marcellus, my Hope, I'd like for you to meet your baby brother, Henrik Mikaelson."

"We haven't picked a middle name yet," Isa piped up and Elijah and Kol gave soft and sad smiles in memory of their brother.

Elijah patted his brother on the shoulder as he said, "Well done," his younger brother beaming at him.

Elijah then moved to kiss Rebekah's hair, whispering the same words to her as Isa then gently handed Henrik to Elijah first, the eldest brother barely swaying as he held the child.

As Henrik was passed around and swooned over, Hope hugged her father, playing with his necklaces as Isa leaned on his shoulder.

There was nothing but love in this room, a feeling the family that had just grown a bit bigger, could definitely get used to.
