"Melissa said they're doing everything they can to help Peter." Malia said, as she sat with Diana in the library as they waited for Lydia to come and meet them. "She said he's in pretty bad condition, though."

"Well, considering he healed almost completely from the last time he was burnt alive, I'd say there's a pretty big chance he'll end up fine." Diana said.

"Didn't you say last time that happened he had to shift every full-moon into this big scary werewolf that killed a lot of people?" Malia raised an eyebrow at her sister, as the girl shrugged.

"Well, let's hope it doesn't come to that, I guess."

"Hi, sorry I'm late." Lydia spoke up, rushing over to the two of them as she pulled a chair beside Diana and sat down, placing her bag down beside her as she turned to look at the two girls.

"Are you okay?" Diana asked, frowning a little when she noticed Lydia's rather disheveled state.

When her best friend turned to look at her for a second, before looking around to make sure no one was really paying them much attention, Lydia leaned over the table, causing Diana and Malia to lean closer as well, already knowing whatever Lydia was about to tell them was not to be heard by anyone else.

"I had a vision in the mirror when I was in the bathroom." Lydia said, as Diana raised an eyebrow at her. "About Caanan."

"Caanan?" Diana repeated. "And what did you see?"

"It looked like a fair." Lydia said, her brows furrowing as she tried to recall details from what she had seen. "There was... There were people going around and... And a carousel."

"You saw a carousel?" Malia asked, almost skeptically.

"And a big sign that said Canaan, and people disappearing in clouds of smoke." Lydia nodded.

"Do you ever have nice dreams?" Malia asked, as Lydia sent her a look.

"We need to go to Canaan." The girl said, as the werecoyote sighed.

"It would be helpful if we knew anything about the place." She said. "I keep calling the number for City Hall, and no one answers."

"Yeah, and the only map I can find it on is thirty years old." Diana added, pulling a big map from the Beacon Hills county that she had found and where she had marked in red the name Caanan stamped on it. "So far, the only thing I know about Canaan is where it is."

Taking a look at the map, Lydia raised an eyebrow as she looked at her best friend, feeling absolutely sure they had to go over now that, not only had Stiles told them about it, but she had seen it in one of her premonitions.

"That's all we need to know." She said, and, after exchanging a quick look with both girls, they both nodded, deciding that was the best lead they had so far if they wanted to find anything at all.

"Scott's gonna kill us for making him skip classes again..." Diana mumbled, grabbing the map and her bag from beside her as she stood up from her chair with the girls close behind her. "But Lydia's right. We need to go."

Beacon Hills County was actually bigger than Diana had expected it to be, and, even though it was only an one-hour-trip, considering Malia was driving, Scott had decided to take a nap on the backseat with Lydia as the Hale sisters went on the front seats, following the directions from the GPS. Once it told them they had reached their destination, Malia frowned, turning off the engine of her car as she turned to look at Diana beside her.

"Is this it?" She asked, as Diana took a second to look around.

The streets were covered in dust, the houses all looking old and broken, leaves flying around with the wind every once in a while, but that was really the only movement she could see and, sure, she didn't have the super hearing Scott or Malia had, but, as far as she could tell, there was no noise around them at all - no people talking, no dogs barking, no cars honking... Nothing that would normally happen in a small town like that.
